The Barro’s Pizza recipe comes from Grandma Angelina Barro who came from Italy in the 1930’s, providing a pizza unlike any other. People may disagree on whether it’s the thick crust with its light, flakey texture, which almost melts in your mouth, or the wonderful spiced sauce that is the secret of this great tasting pizza. All I can say is Wow!!! Barro’s did amazing job today! The pizza was excellent. I ordered a custom large pizza. With Italian Sausage (Extra $3.50) Ham, Onions and Mushrooms for pick up. It Turned out great! It was a little pricey, but worth the extra money. Beautiful and fresh! And was ready when I arrived. Plus The Cashier was super nice to me. Very polite and friendly. This location was very clean and had a great ambiance. I ordered through the app where I had to create an account. Then they keep track of my purchases and I can earn reward points. I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks Barro’s @ Scottsdale Pavillion. Located on the North side of Talking stick way, in the Target Parking lot. Tucked in between, America’s best eye center and the 99 cent store. Try this place out, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been eating here for the better part of 15 years (at one location or another). Their pizza is pretty solid, thicker style crust and surprisingly good wings. I tend to choose them over papa John’s and dominoes and they are always quick and nice. Is it artisan style authentic New York pizza? No. This is “I’m gaming with my friends at midnight and want to stack 3 slices at the same time and smash the pizza in 60 seconds” style pizza. I will continue to eat there forever!

the new staff sucks. i preferred it being understaffed. they were more nice and attentive. the newer staff kind of just shoos you out and i feel uncomfy asking for the stuff i normally ask for such as cheese and peppers. met with a lot of unnecessary attitude that this location was better off without. kudos to the kitchen for amazing pizza tho
