We went for the dinner and Entertainment. The shrimp was extra jumbo with a delectable crusty fried top and seasoned well. The prime rib was tender, juicy and flavorble..Great salad
bar and soup.
The Entertainer gave the establishment an atmosphere of a supper club with well known country & old pop songs. Really delightful. The musician was experienced and talented.
Now, the staff. Engaging, warm and helpful.
5 stars all around.
This restaurant wasn’t busy, but with the food, service and Entertainment won’t be for long.
A wonderful addition to the Adams county area and one I hope to enjoy again soon.

Neat little bar set in the countryside. Old school interior makes you feel like you are stepping back into another era. Love the vibe and the service. Smoked wings were on point!

I have gone several times for Sunday breakfast. Started with Blood Mary and beer chaser. Have had biscuits and gravy and 2-egg breakfast. Food is good and Bartenders have always been pleasant and attentive with good conversation.

Had my first experience at this location, including new and past business name. I’m not sure if the owners in the last year have done upgrades but the inside was much more pleasant than I had anticipated. Would make a cute little breakfast spot! I had the lightly breaded haddock with sweet potato fries and a fresh slice of rye bread, all was delicious! I look forward to my next visit!

Came in here for taco Tuesday. Absolutely blown away. I ordered 2 tacos from their menu and they were so good I called for the chief to come out (Mary) and shook her hand. Note: these are massive tacos, 2 will fill a normal human up.
I then ordered a quesadilla to go and a burrito for lunch tomorrow. The only change this place needs to make is tacos Tuesday on all days that end in Y. Give it a shot! I’ll be back anytime I’m back in town. Oh and of course, wonderful staff.

Save your money. Service was horrendous! Bartender was clueless. She took forever to get a drink. She didn’t know how to give correct change. The bar had 4 other people and she was overwhelmed. Food was horrible. The patty melt was so greasy and I had 2 pieces of onion. Plus the 1000 island dressing was so thin it leaked off the burger.The cheeseburger was ok but Culvers is 100% better. We also ordered the appetizer plate with 4 choices, Nothing special. Nothing hand breaded. Only stuff you buy frozen. We will NEVER go back. Much better food & service in the area.

Worst experience of my life. So rude I mean rude. My wife an I both ordered Prime rib. I got medium rare. My wife got medium rare. Mine was raw. My wife’s was well done. I asked to have mine to be cooked more. They said no it’s a violation. I said please give me another piece. They said no. You get what we give you. I said ok take my Prime rib back and don’t charge me. They replied no. My wife an I felt like we were in another world. So rude and not willing to do anything. We paid are bill in full. Take my advise don’t eat here. Worst Prime rib of my life. I will make sure to tell everyone up here not to eat there. All they had to do is take the one dinner off. This old woman was so mean and rude.

The food at Barrel is delicious! Highly recommend the wraps! The owners, Kevin and Jenna, are the nicest people as well. It makes the experience better when the owners are such great people! I would recommend Barrel Springs to anyone to stop by even if it’s for a quick drink!

We had a FANTASTIC fish fry here. The salad bar was great. I’m a sucker for homemade croutons And the fish! My husband has the beer battered & I had the light battered. Both were probably the best fish I’ve ever had. The sides were delish. Loved our server, Katie. Also got to meet Chef Jimmy & the owner Kevin. Wonderful spot with fresh food made with heart. Highly recommend!
