My husband and I ate here every day during our 5 day stay at Viejas. All of the breakfasts we had were delicious…from the Mexican dish to the Baron omelette. Dinners were just as impressive. Pizza, wings, short ribs! To make our experience even better, we had an amazing waitress named Liz. She made us feel welcome and had a great sense of humor. By the time we left Viejas, we felt that we made a new friend! We look forward to seeing her and enjoying the fine cuisine on our next stay.

Horrible service. We waited 25 minutes for water. Then a waitress who wasn’t assigned to our table took over and she was complete joy! She went above and beyond to see we were finally taken care of. The food was OK, not great but the piece of chocolate cake she brought out for me (it was my birthday) was one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had.

Food is fairly priced for what you receive. Many tempting menu items. We ordered the Fish & Chips, which was weird: too much dough drowning out the tiny piece of fish inside + batter was not what you’d expect for Fish & Chips. Dough used was more like that of a fritter. Desserts: Boudino Parfait was a 7/10 & the Chocolate Cake was dry- 5/10.
Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits were only worth mentioning with the honey butter on them. Service from our own server was good- she was spread far too wide to give us prompt attention, but she was awesome when she was there. (Don’t bother trying to get ANY other server to help you- they ignore everyone who isn’t their table & even when we asked one for malt vinegar, the gal never brought it. They also avoid eye contact with you. So much for teamwork?) Not sure if we’d ever go back to Baron, but if we do, we’re getting a highly visible table and not ordering fried fish!

We a little issue with the host or manager before being seated he was giving us attitude because our party was not all here. Beside that the server made up for it took well care of us and very attentive . I had the sample platter so I could have a variety. The best thing that came on the plate was the jalapeño poppers I also tried the parmeasan fries.

staff is nice. everything i have eaten there tastes great and for the price is a reasonable portion. an appetizer could be a meal for a single person. Good variety of food. It’s the best value for food in the casino and the quality is definitely not lacking.

Food is great and service is A+++. The restaurant is nice, and the outside area looks even better. It has a great atmosphere. The price point is consistently lower than a night out in other places, the crème brûlée is so good we had to order two.

Food and location were solid A, drinks A, and service was A. The setup is nice, gave off the impressive of a steakhouse. It was a quiet location. The price point is consistently lower than a night out, and yes, that includes adult beverages.

Wanted to order “to go” which is supposed to be a perk of the Infinity card holders. But they refused to allow to go orders. I requested a table and ordered a French dip and medium steak and asked for it to be packaged to go. My order was placed at 6pm. I sat for over 40 mins with no food brought to the table. Another table of 4 who was seated 15 mins after me received their food within 15 mins. The value of the perks of the Infinity Card is very much at a loss for value.

This place comes in very handy late night in case you forgot to eat dinner. There are many choices on the menu so you won’t be disappointed. Great Ceasar Salad! The Fish and Chips are great also. Pizza is very good! This place also serves a decent breakfast! Inside Viejas Casino.
