What a fun weekend at the Trading Post! We stayed in the Loon room and it was perfect (very clean)! We got drinks and dinner every night at the bar and had an absolute blast! Beer kept flowing, pizza and food was great, and we watched gopher hockey and KU basketball on one of the numerous TVs per our request (Elliott was great to make the place feel like home and help us find the channel we were looking for). Can’t forget the pool and Big Game Hunter tournaments we had too, they’ve got arcade games, a great pool table, and jukebox… the Trading Post it worth a stop!

We stopped by for lunch today and had the most wonderful burgers! My husband had the Black and Blue Burger with cheese curds, and I had the Bear Burger (which had cream cheese and green olives) with onion rings. The burger buns tasted homemade, and were sooooo good! Fun atmosphere, tasty beers, great service! We will be back soon!

Delicious food, friendly people, and an all around great atmosphere. Awesome location to spend a weekend, have always been super pleased with their motel rooms over the years. I came here as a kid and now as an adult it is still my favorite place to visit when in the area.

This little honey pot I found while hanging with my friends in Wisconsin. I got a chance to meet the owner Nadia as she and her husband are very much a part of the day-to-day operations. The staff was very kind, patient, and helpful. The staff along with Nadia made sure my guests and I were always satisfied. I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza, and my friends ordered the Hawaiian pizza, and the cordon blue pizza. All of the pizzas were perfect, and the mixed drinks were as well. I think what I liked most about this establishment besides the wonderful food and service is the fact that they also have a game room in the back so after eating you can either playing pool or arcade games. This place is definitely a great find, and when the food and service are as good as they are here I wouldn’t look to go anywhere else. Kudos to Nadia and Elliott for having a wonderful establishment and making me a believer that this is all I need and more in this town
