We stopped in for some lunch. Outside Patio was nice, inside the bar was interesting. I like the painted walls, pool table, pinball machine, some other bar games. Restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were in good shape.
We had pizza, wings and burgers. All of it was good. No complaints from anybody. Drinks were mixed great. Ice Cold beer. It’s no wonder that this is a good hangout for a lot of people.

Stopped in on a Tuesday evening. Only a few customers were there. We did not order food there, but asked for soup of the day to go. The bartender was getting ready to check us out and we reminded him about the soup to go. We checked out and waited another 15 minutes or so and asked where the soup was. It was on the menu as a daily special and we couldn’t understand why it took over 45 minutes to get a cup to go. Another customer that was there at the time also waited a really long time for his burger and had to ask what the problem was. In the end we asked for a refund for the soup and the cook came out of the kitchen with a bad attitude towards my husband.
Not likely to return here for food.

I’ve been here plenty of times, and my office will order lunch from them here and there. But to walk n sit down and not be acknowledged for 15-20 minutes and have patrons walk in and be acknowledged with menu n drink orders, time to walk out and re-think future patronage with this establishment.

Just had a cheeseburger to go and it was delicious! Big and juicy with a perfectly grilled bun. Definitely going back. Unfortunately, have to edit my review. Ordered more cheeseburgers and they were raw. They remade them and this is what they gave us. Hockey pucks and burnt bread. Sorry, but to pay $25 for two hockey pucks will force me to take my business elsewhere.

Pizza is a hit or miss. You never know what you’re going to get. I wasn’t sure if it was just me but a lady sitting at the bar confirmed it was not just me. She stated she doesn’t order their pizza anymore for that reason.
They need more staff on Sundays for the football games. Only one person is working and they’re expected to be a server on the floor, take orders all while being everyone’s bartender. It’s too much for one person, which then causes bad service.
I get it…. We have a lot of loyal Browns fans in the area. But there’s also a lot of people who are NOT Browns fans. Whenever you walk into Barley Jack’s when the Browns are playing, you will only see the Browns game on all of their multiple tv screens. I understand Barley Jacks wants to be loyal to the Browns, but as a business, you need to think about all of the customers,

The food was very good. However, I ordered boneless wings to go for my daughter and a burger with the boneless on the side for my husband so the bun wouldn’t get soggy. Unfortunately, the wings were bone in (she still ate them thank God) and the bun is soggy under the burger. We will try again another time. Drinks and the Italian wrap were top tier.

Food is pretty good but the service is horrible. You will waite forever to get drinks. It took almost 45 minutes to get wings and onion rings.
I think the owners are to cheep to hire staff and cover the bar and restaurant properly.
