Should so be named “Mediocre Burger.” My partner and I ate here for our very first and only time after several people bragged about this place to us. We went through the drive-thru location on Old Bloomfield Rd.
I ordered a cheeseburger and asked for mushrooms on it, but was given onions instead. My boyfriend found what he thought might be a piece of plastic in his burger when we got home.
Overall, the taste (or lack thereof) was incredibly disappointing. I have had much better tasting burgers from various fast food chains.
And I guess whenever you order a side of fries with your burger, that means give you no more than 10 fries total per person. They are literally Great Value crinkle cut fries with a little bit of salt, pepper and maybe another seasoning on them. Nothing to call home about.
$23 and change for two single patty, tasteless burgers with a few dressings on each of them and 10 fries and a half flat coke. Yikes!

The drive through was confusing, we didn’t realize it was only a drive through, nevertheless, the food was stellar I got a veggie burger, and my mom got the chicken salad. The best veggie burger I’ve had! Salad was fresh, wish I would have had a milkshake!!! Will go back!

The juiciest and most favorable burger I have eaten in a very long time. I have not had a better burger from anywhere in Bardstown or any other restaurant. I got the Bardstown Burger and it did not disappoint! The toasted bun’s crispiness held everything together with precision. The toppings of bacon mushrooms, caramelized onion, mayo, and cheddar cheese were mouth watering and delicious. I couldn’t get enough! I can’t wait to try the bbq burger too. These burgers are worth the long drive thru wait… Trust me you won’t be disappointed! Don’t forget the fries with a cup of cheese sauce.

No public bathroom at this particular location. Drive thru only. Decided to go elsewhere. I can’t speak for the food or service but I know they have two locations in Bardstown and come highly recommended from people that we’ve talked to. The Downtown location has inside seating as well as bathrooms. On this particular day we were planning on ordering to go and using the restrooms which is why we didn’t order and went elsewhere.

Location is good. Vibe is decent, and outdoor patio is nice. I went for lunch one day with one of my employees, very excited to try it because everyone spoke highly of the restaurant in town. To my disappointment I bit into my burger and almost gagged. A piece of hard melted plastic was on top of my burger patty instead of cheese. I took a piece of plastic out of my mouth and threw it on my plate, only to see more on the patty. At that point I was done and had to leave the restuarant. It turned my stomach so bad I was getting so sick thinking of it. Giving 2 stores instead of one because my employee enjoyed their food.

Have eaten here before and it was good but now I wont be back. We ordered 3 meals and paid $30. I wish I could add pictures. The chicken sandwich had 1 piece of lettuce that was wilted and gross. The chicken was like they cooked it this morning and it sat out all day. My burger was just gross. I couldn’t eat it. It came with exactly 10 fries. All of it was just gross and we won’t be back.

This location is drive through only. We ordered 3 grilled chicken sandwiches. One was cooked normal and was extremely good. The other two were cooked, but the chicken was very rubbery.
