I ordered the Turkish Spiced Lamb & Beef Shawarma with potatoes, and it was delicious! The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. Service was a bit slow this time, and it’s on the pricier side for a sandwich and side, but the flavor made it worth it. On my prior visit, we dined inside and service was a bit faster. Pictures are from September visit–Chicken Shawarma and Grilled Steak Kabob.

I love Mediterranean food and this place is fantastic! Every dish we tried was amazing and their whiskey sour is consistently excellent and never disappoints. I’ve returned several times, and the food quality is always so good. But it’s not ideal for date nights, as most evenings feel like team events with large groups, making it quite loud and crowded

Hip space with lots of small, expensive dishes. Ice tea was served in small glasses and refilled only once at the end of the meal – $7. Anyway, the food was good. The hummus and fresh bread was particularly good.

Lunch menu is limited. Food was not seasoned. The only one we liked was the dumpling. Crowded almost elbow to elbow with other patrons. Server was never around.

Good food. The meat is prepared well. Limited vegetarian options.
Croquettes (5/5): Crisp on the outside and delicate on the inside.
Barcha Trio of Spreads (2/5): Spreads are tasty, but the portions are too tiny to share. Given the price, would expect better portions.
Charcoal Grilled Chicken Kebab (4/5): Meat was cooked well and was on a bed of rice mixed with brown lentils. ($38)
Persian Tahdig (4/5): ($39)
Lamb Tagine (4/5): ($51)
Extremely pricey given the portions. The prices have gone up a lot over the last two years.

great mediterranean spot in sf with a super welcoming vibe. i got the octopus and the cold dip mezze and both were so well-prepared. the bread was fresh and warm, and the dips were packed with flavor — couldn’t stop eating them. they also have a great wine list that pairs perfectly with the food. would come back in a heartbeat, especially for a cozy dinner or group meal.

First time here. Nice atmosphere and food. Service staff was nearby but never felt like they were hovering! We had decided to try something new. The food was good – we opted for Mesa plates, warm and cold. I really enjoyed the “cigars” and falafel. The peppers were also very good. We will go back!

Awesome mediterranean food. It’s a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Amazing food and drinks. great outdoor/indoor seating areas and they allow dogs outside.

This is a fantastic restaurant for Mediterranean cuisine. I’ve walked by it numerous times and was finally able to visit. The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everything appeared clean and well-maintained. I would definitely return.

This place was SO FREAKING GOOD!! Every single thing they had was good. Not a single miss – everything from the hummus to the lamb to the octopus.
We had a group of 3, ordered 2 appetizers (hummus + salad), 5 small plates (beef dumplings, lamb skewer, lamb cigars, spanish octopus, meatballs), two deserts (pistachio tiramisu and a sorbet), and a couple of drinks each. There were times where our conversations stopped because we were so caught up on how good the food was and kept remarking with each bite.
Booked a reservation online at 6PM for 7:15. Table was ready right as we arrived. It was busy, but not packed, inside and we were able to converse at a normal volume.
Ended up being about $75/person. We were expecting it to be $100 each.
I wouldn’t come here if I was absolutely starving and just wanted a painfully full belly, but I would absolutely take a date here confidently.
