This review for service is a 5-star solely due to the professionalism and integrity of two individuals: Ms. Anjali (serving staff) and Mr. Mudassar (booking executive).
Ms. Anjali handled my family with genuine politeness, attentiveness, and dignity. She actually served, something that felt rare in the rest of the restaurant.
Mr. Mudassar was efficient, calm, and personally accountable. When the buffet section ran out of butter chicken, we waited over 7 minutes, repeatedly informing multiple staff members that the dish holder was empty. No response. No concern. Complete indifference. Only after informing Mr. Mudassar did the situation resolve-he personally went to the kitchen and ensured the dish was served.
The contrast was striking.
It honestly felt like only these two were doing their jobs, while others operated in different zones, disconnected and mechanical.
Because of Ms. Anjali and Mr. Mudassar, the place felt alive. Without them, Barbeque Nation’s ambience felt automated rather than hospitable.
They deserve recognition. The rest need recalibration.

Our experince was very great. The server was Mohd. Rafiq . He was very nice throughout . The food was amazing and the ambiance was nice as well … we enjoyed it alot .

We came here to experience family dinner for 7. It did not meet our expectations. We arrived at 7 and the restaurant was half full and beginning service was good but after a few rounds it went downhill from there. Servers started focusing more on new tables and would not look at old table, we observed there were atleast 3 other tables. We were waiting for exceptionally long time for basic things like cutlery, napkins, water bottle. BBQ on table was really good but when we moved to main course the food was luke warm by the time it reached the table it turned cold. Then waiting for 20-25 mins for rotis on table for already luke warm main course made all the food cold. Desert station was a mess, 1 spoon for all deserts and fruits. It maybe our only time we will come to location phase -5 due to lack of staff which leads to lack of service which leads to paying full amount for cold food.

I had booked a table for two (dinner) and the overall experience was okay. The prices are too much, food quality was okish, snacks were good but main course was not tasty. Desserts could have been better. The hospitality was good, especially MITHUN and MADHAV served us really well.
