Food was just okay. I Did experience a bit of a wait time but they did state that the shrimp was made to order. There is no real waiting area or chairs. The space is small so once ppl started coming in, it got kinda tight. I would definitely suggest ordering ahead.

They take your order fast good customer service & I like that when they take your number when ordering you’ll get a text when it’s ready so u don’t have to wait in lobby . Wait time was about 15/17 min for it to be ready . Mac & beans was good that turkey bbq & cornbread sooo good don’t get me started on the sweet tea so good I went & got another bottle before leaving the parking lot the koolaid really good too especially on ice . Very pleased ❤️

Oh my goodness — our office staff was beyond pleased with the food from Barbara Ann’s Restaurant! The seasoning was absolutely perfect, and everything was hot and fresh upon pickup.
We submitted our order for 11:30 a.m., and everything was ready right on time when we arrived. The organization was truly impressive. Each staff member placed their order individually, and every single meal had the correct receipt attached with the person’s name — which made distribution seamless and stress-free.
We placed 20 individual orders, and every single one was accurate. That level of attention to detail speaks volumes!
The owner and staff were extremely courteous and professional. Our entire office raved about the food all day. We are thoroughly pleased and will absolutely continue to support them.

Food is amazing, but the call in process is crazy. If you need payment before you pick up that needs to be known before you get there and have ti wait for your food. Point of call in is to not have to wait for 15-20mins especially during lunch time. Everything I’ve had food wise is great, but communication is lacking!! I’m pissed I will be late for a meeting because of the lack in communication.

Well the experience would have probably been alot better but when I order online to come pick it up the order was canceled….on their side. Then I didn’t get what I had to eventually reorder. I can only assume they had someone new or more. I say that cause another customer came back cause their order was wrong. I enjoyed the atmosphere but the experience out the gate was bad.
