This place is another reason why I love Texas. These small beautiful towns are packed with some of the best lil hidden gems tucked away from the big cities. This place hands down has my vote. Everything about their pizza, presentation, flavor, and the unique ways they came up with their pizzas. When taste buds collide! Mushroom and garlic is an absolute BANGER, Bee stinger is anther banger! Since today was the last day of May, I ordered the Al pastor pizza also banger! Garlic bread is something out of this world as well as the home made marinara. The dough was made very well, traditional , not from some cookie cutter box . Authentic taste, fluffy, consistent all the way around. My taste buds have never been so stimulated before. I’ve had a lot of pizza and this is easily now on my top 20 pizza places of all time, my hats off you, WELL DONE!!

I’m not from Hico, but I will drive 70 miles just so I can have the Bee Sting pizza! The mozzarella sticks are delicious too – especially with their ranch dip!

Excellent establishment in the heart of Hico Texas. Very friendly & welcoming staff. Pizza had a great Smokey flavor with nice leopard spotting, marina sauce was savory not too sweet. Cheese sticks could have done without the Parmesan on them but otherwise all was superb. P.S. for all the RANCH heads, this stuff was the real deal.

Had the Italian sandwich and it was superb. The bread was soft and sort of a pizza dough and it totally works. It’s definitely above and beyond what we have in the city. All the ingredients are fresh and cut up daily. Spoke to John Daniel and he said they don’t even have a freezer. That’s how fresh it is and you can taste the difference. The pizza looks awesome.

I love the location, the staff and the deco. I wanted sooo badly to love the pizza . I love a true pizza oven pizza but I prefer the pizza be on a pizza cookie sheet so that I don’t taste the burnt stone on my pizza. The pepperoni was too salty for my taste. The wings though were legit the best ever! Cooked fully, a nice crunch, and the flavor was spot on!

No idea why they only have a 4.4 rating, this place rocks. Great pizza, a fine beverage section, and it’s all quick n easy with order at the counter. Garlic and Mushroom pizza was particularly tasty. Pretty hip for small town Hico (…which is admittedly pretty hip).

My 91-year-old dad reports that the roasted garlic and mushroom pizza is the best pizza he’s ever had. I don’t know that I’ll go that far, but it is an exceptional meal. We started with the garlic bread (so, so garlicky!) and then got the pizza and a side of fries because I was told they were fantastic, and that was 100 percent accurate. They have a delightful seasoning blend that includes sugar. I’ve never had that before, and now I don’t know how I’ll go back.
My brother had the chicken parm sandwich and he reports that was it very good.

I was told this place had some amazing pizza and I had to come find out for myself. Flavor is definitely good, I wish they were a little bit bigger for the price. You are paying for the experience of getting a pizza cooked in a stone oven. They also serve some delicious French fries here. Those are worth the trip alone.

Wow. Some of the best pizza I have had in years. Stone oven and love. Everything was solid, wings, Ceasar salad, fries. Super clean restaurant. Nice staff. We live a couple hours away but are talking about future road trip dates. You need to stop. Small town Hico has a must stop yall.

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive! Quick service. We ordered pepperoni, meatums, and garlic & mushroom pizzas which were all delicious and authentic! We also had the mozzarella sticks that were chunky, cheesy goodness!!! That coupled with a comfortable, clean environment and we’ll definitely be back!
