First time visiting and such a cool spot! Modern Luxury mixed with a sports bar.

We came to watch UFC and it’s great to finally have a bar that shows the fights. Not only that, the food was REALLY good. The nachos with shrimp was so great to start and actually filled us up. They do not SKIMP out on the food like most places!!!

The desserts were also great portion sizes and very tasty, we loved the tiramisu and the platter. We can’t wait to go back service was also great from our waitress and even the food runners!

After arriving in Miami for a few day’s work this became my ‘local’. I went through all the quesadilla’s on the menu on successive nights, with the staunch support of Mexican beer, Monopolio. I don’t know if other bars in the Wynwood are better or worse. But when you strike lucky on day one why take a risk. This is top quality food and drink in a great atmosphere.

Bar Tulio’s: Where Tequila Makes My Clothes Come Off (Allegedly)

Let’s start with the most important detail: Jake, the brand-new General Manager from Chicago, has been here for FOUR DAYS and already acts like he baptized the building.

This man greeted us like we were long-lost cousins at Thanksgiving. Four days in Wynwood and he’s already saying “my friend” like he’s been here since the art walls were wet. Absolute legend.

And let me tell you — Jake doesn’t just greet you. He professionally and respectfully up-sells you into financial decisions you do not regret.
“Oh you’re getting tacos? Have you tried the Short Rib Birria?”
“Oh just one margarita? What about the Smoked Pineapple Margarita?”
“Dessert? The churros are life-changing.”
I came for one drink. I left with a tasting tour of Mexico.

The Drinks

The House Margarita is dangerous in the best way. Frozen or on the rocks? Yes.
The Smoked Pineapple Margarita? I would write it a thank-you card.
The Espinoza Margarita had dragonfruit and pepin chile and made me feel athletic just reading the ingredients.

Also, shoutout to the Smoked Old Fashioned — because sometimes you want tequila’s spicy cousin to show up and set the mood.

And that neon sign inside that says, “Tequila Makes My Clothes Come Off”?
Listen. It’s not a threat. It’s a prophecy.

The Food

We ordered the Short Rib Birria Tacos and I briefly considered proposing marriage. The consommé dip? I would drink it out of a coffee mug on a rainy day.

The Carne Asada tacos were perfectly seasoned, and the Shrimp tacos had just enough mango jalapeño salsa to remind you you’re in Wynwood and not at your cousin’s cookout in Ohio.

Also — the Chicharrón Tostadas? Crunch so loud it should come with a warning label.

And if you’re not getting Churros or the Flan-tastic Churro for dessert, you’re doing life incorrectly.

The Vibe

High ceilings, glowing bar, TVs for the game, music that makes you nod your head like you know the DJ personally. It’s energetic but not chaotic. Fun but not “why is someone on the table?”

Happy Hour? Elite.
Margarita Mondays? A public service.
Taco Tuesdays? A civic responsibility.

Bar Tulio’s is that rare place where:

The drinks are strong

The tacos are elite

The vibe is undefeated

And the GM from Chicago is already running the show like he owns a condo nearby

Jake, if you’re reading this, stop up-selling me.
Actually don’t. I’ll have another margarita. Well done

As a rule I am not a Mexican food fan but Bar Túlio changed my mind. Along with the great tasty food that is no Taco Bell, the service is top shell and they have lots of large screen TV’s for game. Also I found out about this place because of IFC – they always show the fights with no up charge to come in and see that night – ( I am taking to you wanna be Irish bar on South Beach )

Also the servers are easy on the eyes, super friendly , give great recommendations and they are all my favorite lol – especially Natalie, Laura. Jackie and even Flo .
The chef even comes out to make sure all is ok
The shrimp tacos are so good that’s who I found out i developed an allergic reaction to them as an adult 🙁

The selection is drinks is amazing and switched me from hard core beer to a tequila and mezcal drinker

Espresso martini made with a tequila is a stand out .

They also have an amazing brunch that they server Saturday and Sunday.

As you can tell I really really like this place and I am a regular when in Miami.

Bar Tulio’s is an amazing spot for Happy Hour in Miami! The food was delicious, from the tacos, nachos, chicken wings, the al pastor and the churros for dessert! The service was amazing as Frank and Sophia were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend going to Bar Tulio’s for happy hour!

Sat at the bar and enjoyed the experience, the bar is large, the space feels open and partly outdoors, and the dark, relaxed ambiance makes it easy to stay awhile. The frozen house margarita was good, and the sweet mojito was refreshing. The cilantro rice is a must-try, and the Mexican rice bowl delivered perfectly balanced flavors. We also ordered the steak quesadilla, which was so loaded it ate more like a burrito.

I celebrated my birthday at Bar Tulio’s on a Tuesday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I wanted a fun Taco Tuesday vibe, and the whole experience turned out to be so special and sentimental. The staff was incredibly attentive they took care of my cake, lit the candles, and made me feel truly celebrated. The waitress was super sweet and made sure everything went smoothly. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food, and it’s so convenient since it’s close to my office. I’ll definitely be back soon with all my girlfriends!

Still a hidden gem in Wynwood. Located on a side street. Great house frozen margarita. I’ve had their tacos, nachos and quesadillas and been blown away by all. Fresh ingredients and taste great! No complaints about this place. I come at least twice a week. Manager Frank is a nice guy as well!

Coming all the way from Los Angeles, a city known for its incredible Mexican cuisine we were absolutely blown away by this restaurant. The food is authentic yet carries a unique twist that makes every bite memorable. Each dish showcased traditional Mexican flavors elevated with creativity and care.
From the moment we walked in, the hospitality exceeded all expectations. We were warmly greeted by a wonderful server Emma who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. SPEACIAL Thanks to Emma, Chef Tulio, and Frank for making our experience truly exceptional.
The attention to detail, the balance of flavors, and the genuine warmth of the staff made this visit unforgettable. Without a doubt, this place is a 10/10. A must visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Mexican food with a modern touch here in Miami.
