Bar Toscana is an intimate neighborhood cocktail bar situated next door to sister restaurant, Toscana, in Brentwood. Executive Chef Justino Quirino curated an Italian-inspired menu which includes appetizers, pinsa (pizza’s less caloric, crispy crusted cousin) & pasta. Popular items include Bruschetta, the Margherita & Truffle + Burrata Pinsa, Beet Salad, Tuna Tartare, Wagyu Truffle Sliders, Prosciutto di Parma, Spaghetti Squash, Lasagna & Polpette al Sugo, veal meatballs. Some of Toscana’s most popular dishes are also available, such as the Pappardelle Funghi, Ravioli Pomodoro, Branzino & the Bistecca. Cocktails are hand-crafted and the wine list is largely Italian-focused. Open for indoor dining, takeout and delivery, including cocktails!

Had an amazing experience here for our date night! Delicious house music beats accompanied by a friendly staff. Alessandra is such a nice hostess, and Natasha was our super sweet server! We ordered the sauteed chicken and breaded sole dishes, so yummy. The sole came with broccolini which was perfectly al dente crisp. The Chicken came with wonderful spinach with a hint of garlic. Had 2 different Martin’s on par. Wonderful experience and I will definitely come back.

At the bar I have always been treated with the upmost respect. Manager, bartender, bar back, hands down amazing. Caico e pepe is my Favorite!AND non alcoholic Heineken 0.0 is a plus. It was a cozy feeling even though I go there alone.

Very cute and small bar spot (about 15 or so seats across) with a lovely atmosphere. Creative and delicious drinks, and a menu for food as well. This will be a new favorite for me as a local.
