WoW! I have nothing but 5 stars for Bar One. The staff is wonderful and attentive. The food is fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The sauces don’t hide the taste of ingredients. Went at 5 on a Saturday and was seated pretty quickly.

Food was so fire. The place was packed and me and this lovely, beautiful, intelligent, funny lady had to wait a bit. I got the General GAO’s chicken with beef fried rice and it was absolutely massive. It tasted exquisite, although the beef was a bit odd. The crab rangoons were also soooo yummy and crispy and I normally don’t like them. The pink lady roll was also buss. My only complaint is that the kitchen forgot about our crab rangoons so they came a lot later but it was understandable cause the place was super busy. Would go again.

Loud rap music. Small cozy place. Service was excellent… Polite, competent, timely. Hard to mess up sushi and they did fine, although I’m not used to chirasu being to presented on a plate sashimi style, I’ll get over it. Nice place for a quick meal.

Wow…food was amazing, portions were huge and price was very reasonable. We had to wait a bit for a table but once we sat down we were greeted quickly and service was great. Food came out fast and was delicious. Will definitely come back next time I am in the area.

Solid food. Sushi is fine, I’ve had better but it’s still pretty good. The Chinese food I think is what makes this place shine. Definitely above the majority of take out Chinese I can find in the area. I had the Geneal Gaus Chicken and it was way better than most I’ve had. Light, crispy breading with temder chicken and rich sauce with just the right spice. Service was friendly, no complaints! Atmosphere is…well they have Keno so that might give you an idea. Not romantic or quiet, but it was clean enough and a fun place to meet friends or watch a game on the many TVs they have going. Would highly recommend coming here!

So been here twice in the last week, not a huge fan of Chinese food but my gosh this place is a god send. There food is outstanding, I mean like the red pork things where literally perfectly charred just enough to have a smoke house appeal, the chicken fingers tasted as if they had just been breaded swear to the heavens.
Everything was absolutely perfect both visits 10 stars.

Ami was great. Food was delicious. Get the Bar One ribs, trust me. Dumplings are homemade. We had the fried and the were great. Sushi was huge and rolled well. Everything was fresh.

We hadn’t been to Bar One and sushi in Auburn since October, so we were long overdue for some mouth-watering food & catching up with our friends who work there! We ordered 3 sushi rolls, spare ribs, & pan-fried dumplings – just the right amount. Everything tasted amazing as always. The boneless spare ribs were really good. They had this smokey, chargrilled flavor, and the portion was big. They reminded me of the genuine ones from Hong Kong.
The sushi was good and wasn’t overpriced. The only thing we didn’t really like was the lo mein because it was bland and it was just a big pile of noodles.
