One of my favorite neighborhood spots! Love coming here for Monday all night happy hour, bottomless brunch, Wednesday pasta night, and everything in between. Food is great. I’ve come here for big group dinners, solo meals, and have never had a bad experience. Wise to make a reservation on weekends since it is on the smaller side but there’s also a covered patio that is comfortable for all seasons. Special shoutout to Dalante who is one of the best and nicest bartenders ever!

Bar Charley is a fantastic lunch location. I have been here a few times and most recently did the bottomless brunch with two friends. The Catalan Fries are my favorite starter to share. I loved that they brought pomegranate juice for mimosas!

The atmosphere, vibe and even the flatware was so nice. The brunch food was delicious and was very nicely plated. The kitchen is really delivering!

As for the staff, it was hard to tell if they were bad or just spread thin. We waited about 30 minutes for a refill of orange juice. None of them felt very friendly, maybe they need more staff to make that side of the experience better.

Come for the vibes, the atmosphere, and the expertly crafted food. Just be prepared to wait a bit for the service.

Went for brunch and was able to get in on the heated patio even without a reservation. Unbeatable price if you’re looking for a bottomless mimosas or Bloody Mary experience! But even not doing that, still a good spot. The salmon Benedict and quiche were so good. The cinnamon roll wasn’t my vibe (crunchy and not super sweet, so if you like that, get it!). HIGHLY recommend the potato cakes!!! SO YUMMY!

Though it was tough to find (uber dropped me off further away and maps took me down an alley), Bar Charley is a great spot for brunch. Highly recommend sitting in the enclosed heated area!

Bottomless brunch for $35 to include your entree? Yes please!

Service was great. The staff was attentive: checking on us and topping off our waters. Recommend Bar Charley on the price alone!

Stopped in for a late dinner about a half hour before the kitchen closed. Entree came out before I could take a bite of my salad and then when I asked about dessert I got the expected no. Food was average, drinks were very good, I liked the atmosphere and specials they advertised even if not available. Work in progress I assume and think with some fine tuning could be a solid neighborhood bar.

A reasonably good choice for a friday night when every place if booked out or crowded. Food is good, burger is good indeed. Many choices for drinks exist. Only 4 choices for red wine but the ones listed are OK. Service is prompt and good. Place is too noisy due to crowd, when you are out to the fresh air, you get relieved…

The food and service was good but I was very annoyed about the “3% wellness fee” attached at the end. I’m already paying an extra 10% for taxes, and left a 20% tip. I hate being surprised by random other fees attached at the end because of “inflation” something that we’ve always have had.

If costs have increased, just increase your menu prices instead of lying to the customers, and adding it on at the end.

Speakeasy kinda vibes! Great spot for date night, romantic drinks and dinner with your love. Drinks menu is pretty comprehensive and the cocktails are one of the best I have had in this area. They have a patio at the back but close that early and the middle area closes around midnight while the bar is open till close. Only suggestion to them is lower the music levels and gradually dim the lights as the night progresses. Will go back again next time I am in the area.
