Food wasn’t too good, the brisket itself tasted like it was left out just waiting to be placed on a plate for the next order. The lean brisket was cold and honestly tasted very bland almost like cardboard. The servings for a moist brisket plate are atrocious for the price. The rice lacks flavor and some pieces were burnt/hard. Overall, all of the food wasn’t fresh and hot, everything was at most mid. On top of that, customer service isn’t good either—workers lack professionalism and also lack in welcoming ambiance. Everyone seemed to be irritated and had an attitude. If they continue like this, I wouldn’t be surprised people stop coming to eat here. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, bad food, bad ambiance, bad service and bad vibes. They should consider training their workers right as well as consider the outcome of their actions because bad service leads to people not recommending them—resulting in a drop of customers as well as potential customers.
If you’re considering going here to eat, think twice. You could EASILY find somewhere else that makes QUALITY FOOD, has QUALITY SERVICE, has QUALITY AMBIANCE and QUALITY VIBES.

I ordered 2 lbs of beef fajita and a link from f sausages all meats was cold and dry like if it was pre cooked also the tortilla is hard
I usually go to the other location in pharr and i love it

Great customer service!!! From greeting us with a smile to leaving the restaurant, It was our first time and Alma was great explaining the menu !! My wife got the panchos and omg the moistest brisket ever. I got the moist brisket sandwich with fries i must say those home made fries are the best. Overall excellent food but if you pair that to the awesome customer service its a 10 . Will most definitely come back soon.

Fantastic bbq. Friendly and helpful staff. My wife had the two street tacos. One Chicken and one jalapeno and cheese sausage on corn tortillas with mac and cheese. I had the brisket sandwich with moist meat, cream corn and we shared onion rings. Everything was delicious. We will be back! Very clean location.

We went in with a group of 14, they let us move tables around to fit us. The food was great, we had the Dino rib, The Victor, Brisket Slider and Brisket Pancho’s.
The staff was very nice and patient as we had to wait for the whole group to arrive. I will go back many more times to Bar B Cuties.

This location is horrible. I love them when they first opened. The food was fresh and good. Staff was mediocre.
Now the food is atrocious. I have tried 3 times now to have a better experience. Unfortunately the food just keeps getting worse. Sadly it looks like they are so unbusy now their food just sits in the warmers and dries out. I got half a chicken and even the thigh was drier than a day old chicken breast. The ribs were fall off the bone but in the dried out jerky kind of way. And As always missing part of the order.
To the employees and management of this location… you are the problem. As you should know money is not easy to obtain and your restaurant is not exactly cheap. You should have some kind of quality standards and realize people pay their hard earned money for your product. If it’s not something you would want to spend your hard earned money on this… why would you serve it to a customer?
To the owners close this location.
To everyone else if go somewhere else to get Q on the fly.

Stood in line waiting to order they looked at us then walked way never taking or order. I encourage all winter Texans to stay away from the Mission location. Very rude. We went elsewhere

Decent BBQ joint. We were not greeted, nor were we informed how their menu works(after stating it was our first time )
You go up to the counter , choose an entree and everything else in an add on .. a bit on the pricey for basic BBQ .
Country playlist was lovely, we ordered the chopped brisket with the hot bbq sauce , it had just the right amount of spice ) and pulled pork sand which . The pork was on the dry side but once you add the your dressings not too bad .
I would recommend the creamy corn , perfect for the rainy whether .
