First time and we will be back! Husband eats meat and I’m vegan so we love finding places where we both can enjoy. Spring rolls were so good!

Ordered online on their website and everything was smooth! Preordered for later pick up. Received text saying it was going to be late by 30 min, turned out to be just 15 min. Food was hot and fresh! Great variety! Love the flavors except the soups all have too much salt for my taste. Easy to add water. Adding extra meat to most dishes is definitely the way to go. Will be back!

First time eating here. We tried the Pad Thai and chicken Pho. Portion sizes were perfect and the food was great.

Nice basic Vietnamese staples with some mild drawbacks for me.
The cold cut banh mi was tasty, but a little meager with the filling. I wanted more pate, more pickled veggies. The bread was nice and crisp.
The pho broth was good, if a little too salty for me.
The butterfly tea drink I got was undrinkable. I asked for less sugar, and it still was so incredibly sweet, I had to dilute it with 40 oz of water to make it palatable.

We ordered chicken noodle soup, steak+beef balls soup and spring rolls. They are surprisingly good. However they over fried spring rolls. If I had a chance to be in the area, I will try oher dishes.

Favorite place to get banh mi in Greensboro. They have plenty of vegan options as well. Just note that if you’re going in around lunch time the wait times can be a little long, it’s best to order online ahead of time. The food is absolutely worth it though.

This was our first visit to BaoBao Kitchen in Greensboro, and we were impressed! They offer a variety of delicious and authentic Vietnamese dishes, including breakfast options. While the staff might be limited, the wait for our food was worth it. The service leans more towards self-serve, so keep that in mind. The ventilation could be improved, as the atmosphere felt a bit sticky. However, parking was plentiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and overall experience.

The food is delicious. Space inside is intimate and close. A favorite yummy. Consider ordering online – it can be hard to call in an order. Actually a good thing….they stay busy because it is consistently good!

Ordered takeout so not a lot of interaction with employees, but all seemed very friendly. Food was delicious, excellent flavor, just wished there were some cooked veggies with it hibachi style. Still very good flavor and would love to try other dishes.

This review is based on the food. I go around trying diff restaurants especially places that serve pho and Korean and many American places. The portions are small here, not nearly as big as the traditional Vietnamese portions at other restaurants. The broth is okay. It’s not the worst I’ve had, not the best. The noodles were cooked well, not soggy. There was very little meat and noodles in the pho. I didn’t really like the chicken pho. They only really provided plenty of bean sprouts, basil, and cilantro. The pork spring rolls were okay. Not very well seasoned inside, but maybe it was just that day that it was lacking. The bbq pork banh mi was okay. The bbq pork tasted similar to a lot of viet restaurants that I don’t like. I personally prefer the ones that have a really nice grilled flavor, but authenticity wise, it does taste similar to the way a lot of viets make it. The peanut sauce was pretty good. Overall I’ve tried lots of places for viet food in nyc, Cali, etc I don’t plan on going back to this place but it’s worth trying since diff taste buds and the workers are nice.
