We are a full service restaurant! You can bring your whole family and enjoy the night. We have live music most Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights, and Sunday afternoons. We currently have two full service bars with many varieties of your favorite drinks. We are kid friendly and dog friendly so bring the crew. We do not accept reservations, we are a first come, first serve restaurant. BUT, we do have a private event area that is rented out for a fee. We do many different events. On 2/18/2023,My fiancé and I bragged about this place to family members how outstanding this place is. Well tonight we came with my sister and brother-in-law and was totally disappointed.. we ordered 2 platters of sliders and fries. 1 with regular fries and the other with sweet potato fries. The regular fries were salty enough to give you high blood pressure and the sweet potato fries were cold and hard as a rock. We had a very nice waitress and it wasn’t her fault regarding the meal. The manager Brad came over and disregarded our concerns about the meal and only offer to make us hot fries while our sliders are now cold waiting for the fries. He refuse to redo the entire meal and we still paid for it to eliminate any problems. I will never in life visit this place again. The manager Brad should be ashamed of how he represented this place. We left feeling so so unhappy after the poor waitress had to go back and forth because what we originally wanted , they were out of it and this is early in the night around 8:15pm. We had our family here visiting from West Palm Beach and I was so hurt and unhappy to have bragged about this place. We left without eating the food behind this ordeal. To top it off, Brad had the nerve to say to us that he wasn’t going to be disrespected and were not going to give us credit for the meal. How awful. We still tipped the waitress because it wasn’t her fault. She felt horrible about the situation.

Sooo Bank Street Patio Bar has so many good reviews we just knew this was going to be a good pick. Well they must have been having a bad day because the experience was subpar. The vibes were very chill with live music playing in the background and nice graffiti art. Plenty of seating and space to choose from. However, the service was horrible and slow. The waitresses visibly were annoyed with one another and showed it when taking our order. We had to keep looking around to get their attention when we needed something. Our table was never cleared when food was finished and flies started to gather. We even put napkins over the plates to show they were done. The food was okay but after waiting soo long we just wanted to eat!

The waitstaff were amazing and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They were also very friendly and had a few laughs with us. We did have an issue with how our ahi tuna looked when it came out though. It was over cooked and our waitress agreed. When she took the plate back to tell the kitchen about it the cook told her to bring it back to us and tell us it was fine and that we should taste it first. We insisted the cook remake it because the tuna wasn’t seared as it should be, it was overcooked and we wanted it right. They did end up redoing it but it still wasn’t right. We just gave up at that point. But the Mahi sandwich was good and the hummus was ok. Maybe it was the time of day we went there so we’ll try again in the evening to see if things are better.
