New favorite spot for bahn mi! 10/10 recommend this place! Super cute spot with lovely vibes and some of the tastiest and freshest foods! An incredible bahn mi selection as well as salads/bowls, drinks and desserts! I had just had dental surgery so opted for the hot honey chicken on a salad and it did not disappoint! My partner got the pork and greens bahn mi (i snuck a teeny bite and it was delish!!), we also got the naan bread and got to sample the rogan josh curry and dal makhani curries and they were both so full of authentic and just hands down incredible flavor. Oh and we got the arnold palmer teas and they were refreshing and tasty also!
Both of the gentlemen/dudes/humans just had such nice vibes and were patient and kind and the service was superb! We sat outside and it was lovely 🙂 Well done y’all and thank you so much for such a wonderful dining experience cant wait to come back!

What a great place to enjoy. Food was refreshing and flavorful. The lemongrass salad was beautiful and great portions. The slow roasted pork sandwich was delicious.
The staff were so attentive, knowledgeable and nice. We sat outside in the shade and really enjoyed it.

Great spot. We tried 4 different sandwiches – loved the slow roasted pork and the Cambodian beef meatball sandwich. Friendly staff, nice patio to sit out of the sun. Would stop again if/when in Salida next.

Bahn Vivant is the best restaurant in Salida, hands down. This is the result of owners that actually care about and love the food that they serve. It’s delicious, fresh, and flavorful. It’s also consistently good, which is hard to come by around these parts. My favorite is the lemongrass chicken, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Don’t get me started on the bread – fresh, flaky, soft, with the tiniest bit of chew. Perfection. I <3 Bahn Vivant.

The pulled pork with salad (instead of a bun) was so delicious. The meat was so tender and flavorful. The tahini dressing was perfect and the salad had such a nice presentation. Very filling! Can’t wait to go back

Fabulous sandwiches. We are veggie focused, so we mainly have the veggie or the roasted mushroo sandwiches, but friends love the meat focused ones as well. Excellent balance for toppings and dressings and tasty crunchy bread.

This little spot should be a must visit for anyone in Salida. The sandwiches are on point with fresh vegetables, delicious meats, and a great balance of flavors. The staff were wonderful and lovely too. An absolute 5 star experience.

I loveeeee the banh mis here! The portion is PERFECT and I always finish feeling satisfied and fueled up in a happy, healthy way! The bread is perfect, crunchy outside/soft inside. The veggies are so fresh and crunchy!! Cucumbers, jalapenos, carrots, fresh mint and cilantrooooo. I like the chicken and my partner likes the slow cooked pork one! But I have not tried one I did not enjoy thoroughly! It’s a family run business and they really make you feel at home here!
