Where do I start?!
There are few places you wish would forever stay and grival deli is that one. I order a few spring rolls for $1.50 each and they came with amazing sweet and sour sauce. I got 2 banh mi and the size of it was really good. 1 was all meat or original I guess and other one was barbecue pork and barbecue pork has to be one of the best banh mi had! That to for $6-7 in this economy is insane!
Their spicy paste had so much kick in it so ask carefully but I loved. Can’t wait to go back and try all the options here.

The subs are 6-7$ and have great portions and also taste amazing as well. I was about to board the ion before I turned around and ordered seconds. It’s so good and the people running the store are super friendly. Can I get a 6th star for this establishment 10/10 would recommend

What a pleasurable experience! Walked in after a friend recommended I eat here as he used to live in Kitchener. Just wow! My mouth was watering the second I walked in to such a fresh tantalizing smell in the restaurant. I got the beef teriyaki and loved it !!!

Great quality food and the bread they use for their sandwiches is excellent. Thanks to the reasonable prices, this has become a weekly visit for me. A great non greasy plave to grab food while on the go. You can even call ahead to have your order ready for when you get there. The only unfortunate thing is that their waiting area is very small and there is place to eat your food in the restaurant.

This place has the best banh mi I’ve ever had. The bread is perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. The original was a 10/10 and the grilled sausage one was a solid 8/10. They were only $6 each as well!! I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely come back.

this place has the BEST sandwiches in the city. hands down. fantastic price – less than $10 for a delicious homemade banh mi. tons of options, and you can get it spicy or plain. delicious spring rolls and the best selection of canned juice/tea. definitely bring cash with you – they only take cash and debit!
