Spring rolls and pho were good. Bright nice layout and clean. The young employees were nice and welcoming.
It was also nice that a waiter put our leftover pho in containers for us so we didn’t have to worry about spilling.
Only negative was that it was a bit distracting having the cook sitting at the end table by the TV channel hoping through Christmas music videos before each one finished.

I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for dining any day of the week, with frequent visits of up to three times a week. The staff’s exceptional hospitality, kindness and assistance keeps me coming back. They are truly kind individuals. Dzung, Tam and Jonathan are the best.

Today was our first visit to this establishment. We cannot say enough great things about it!!! The Pho was incredible! The broth was outstanding. The selection of drinks was great!! Matcha and coffees were outstanding. Service was friendly and the food came out quick! We will definitely be returning.

Nice modern decor. Food tasted great & fresh. My grilled chicken banh mi was tasty, but smaller than others I’ve had in the past.
My partner had the short rib pho & loved it.
Drinks were a 5/5. Highly recommend the purple haze- the taro & coffee goes so well together.
Everything was self serve, with the exception of the staff serving our foods. Very different, but we didn’t mind it once we realized.
Only other criticism would be that they need descriptions of the items on their menu.
Other than that, we would definitely come back!

Expensive and a bit messy in the process and slow!
Outside advertised there is summer rolls, but there isn’t really a traditional summer roll. There is a pork…and shrimp. They are separate! So I got the shrimp roll, it came with nothing but shrimp and lettuce wrapped! Needed the other herbs and most important, the chive! For the price you are paying, it should be the traditional summer roll with both shrimp and pork with the herbs!
Pho is okay… Broth is Missing depth, but enough seasoning. The special is missing tripe!
The Factory Special Coffee doesn’t seem to taste like it uses condensed milk. Maybe French Vanilla Creamer?
Saving the best for last… The Banh Mi Special is pretty good! Got everything you want for a traditional Banh Mi!

Tried this place and pho for the first time and it was amazing. I ordered the BBQ pork spring rolls; pho combo – pho dac biet; and the matcha freeze with lychee jelly. The spring rolls were super fresh, the pho was hot and flavorful, and the matcha was tasty as well. There was so much food included in the pho that I could’ve shared it between two people, so definitely worth the price! I paid a little over $30 for everything

This is a very tasty small town family owned authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho is incredible. The Vietnamese sandwiches have a flavorful blend of ingredients. All the food was so fresh and prepared very well. You must try this place.

For starters, I’m from the DMV area notorious Eden center,the essence. This place. DO NOT SLEEP ON IT, it slapped me.
Please order:
1) SHORT RIB PHO (pay extra for sliced onion & vinegar & ask for beansprouts***… I want you mix vinegar+ siracha+ dash of Hoisen+ = as slaw crunch)
Also, they are GENEROUS.
Broth was full capacity.
Fixens in the summer rolls and the extra condiments.

Not many good Banh Mi and Pho Spot in NJ. We decided to give this new spot a shot. Definitely not going back. The service was horrible. Considering it’s a new spot there is no warm welcoming or directions on what to do. We sat down thinking someone will come around to take our order. After 10 min the person at the register signal us to come and order at the register. We paid for pho, drinks and Banh mi and asked for water as well. After finishing our meal the water never came. Did not realized it’s self serve. They should have told us. We asked serval times. Banh mi was not good. Not many selection for pho. Only 4 kinds. It was ok. Overall not good experience and lots of better pho and Banh mi elsewhere. I typically don’t write bad review but I wanted to make sure I shared this experience.
