They make the best Bahn Mí Vietnamese sandwiches anywhere. You used to be able to get a good one in Las Vegas, but not any more. And their prices are soon reasonable! Up to $10 for about a 12″ sandwich. My favorite is the BBQ pork, #5.

Completely wasted my money I threw away my curry because it was literally just oil and old rubbery meat. I took the meat out to see if I could mix the curry better but then realized how little amount was in there and mixing it did nothing it is just pore oil I can’t believe I paid for this. The chicken was so overcooked and dry and rubbery it seemed either old or like it had been recooked I threw away everything. This was my first time coming and was a horrible experience

The food was great! However… the hours are kinda whacky… they close at 5pm? I sat in the parking lot to eat, so that was sick. 10/10, would recommend eating out of the back of the car. I would do this again. FYSA, the spring rolls were magnificent.

I don’t usually provide reviews, but my positive experience with this restaurant made me put effort.
I first visited Banh Mi Bistro Vietnamese Eatery last weekend with a few friends, and it quickly became one of our new favorite spots. Located just off Bell Rd, this cozy eatery blends a laid-back vibe with an elevated take on comfort food.
Ambiance:
Warm and inviting with soft lighting, and a friendly buzz from the open kitchen. It’s perfect for both casual dinners and date nights.
Service:
Service was friendly and efficient. My cashier was attentive without being intrusive and gave great recommendations from the menu.
Food:
I started with the Chicken Rice Plate – crispy, golden, and addictive. The meat was fork-tender and full of flavor. My friend’s Grilled Pork Bahn Mi was also a hit – savory, and perfectly cooked.
Dessert was a strawberry smoothie, (not too sweet but enough sweetness which makes it perfect for me)
Price:
Very reasonable for the quality. Portions are generous, and the ingredients feel fresh and thoughtfully sourced.

If you’re looking for hearty food with a touch of sophistication, Banh Mi Bistro Vietnamese Eatery. Great food, relaxed setting, and excellent service. I will definitely be back.

The spot itself is nice. But maybe it was my luck going on a Monday. Bread was stale (See picture) and the flavors didn’t pop. The pickled carrots and daikon should give it a bit of flavor… but it was bland.

We stopped for a quick lunch while driving from Phoenix to Sedona. Turned out to be a great choice. They have very good banh mi sandwiches and a few other Vietnamese dishes. We ordered a shaken beef banh mi and a lotus root salad. Both were excellent, we liked the banh mi so much that we ordered two more to go for dinner:-)

I got the #5 BBQ pork and a side of egg rolls. The bread was fantastic! It was crunch on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. The pickled carrots and daikon were fresh, crisp and bright. And the pork had great flavor, was moist and had nice little pieces of fat on it. The egg rolls were hot and crispy, the dipping sauce was sweet with a bit of heat. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and look forward to going back.
Update, I’ve been back nearly weekly trying everything on the menu. This has easily become my new favorite restaurant. My favorite dish on their menu is the noodle salad bowl with pork. It is absolutely delicious. The tender pork, the crunch of the cucumber, the heat from the sambal, the vinegar from the dressing. Perfect dish!

Update: this place is still fantastic! The vegetarian bahn mi with tofu is amazing. My husband tried the shaken beef, and it was delicious too. The homemade mayo and the bread are out if this world.

The portion size was amazing, my husband and I were able to split a sandwich and it was plenty of food. The appetizers were great too, a good way to sample a few different things.

Had the pork noodle salad bowl and it was awesome! The pork was tender and flavorful—not fatty at all. Great balance of textures and taste. Would definitely order again!
