Absolute the best cold cut Banh mi anywhere. Has all of the ingredients and adequate quantities of each. The Banh mi is also the right size not small like some from other restaurants.
Their Vietnamese menu is great; a lot offerings different options. Each is delicious like green papaya salad, egg rolls, spring rolls, Banh cuon, grilled beef with betel leaves etc. All are so good.
Can easily come out of here spending hundreds.

Banh Mi Ba Le is a famous and well known Banh Mi as well as other Vietnamese dishes shop served right inside of Kam Man Market.

The prices are pretty good for the portion they provide, and the staff are friendly and serve the food quite quickly.

We typically get the bbq beef banh mi. At $8, it is well worth the price, and made fresh right in front of you with an assortment of vegetables as well as a sweet mayo appearing sauce they put on the bread. We’ve also tried the cold cut, but found it less appetizing with the Pate spread they place on it, giving it a weird taste we didn’t enjoy.

Red flag: No price shown on menu display for beverages. The guy looked at me and charged $8.51 for a Thai tea. That’s the price for a decent clean boba shop, not for a Thai tea with no real milk. And it tasted disgusting.

Beware: Dishonest Pricing Practices at Banh Mi Ba Le (Quincy)

I’ve been a longtime Yelp Elite, and I rarely post warnings like this—but this place deserves one.

They overcharge customers based on appearance. If you look like someone who won’t question the total, they’ll “accidentally” bump your price or make up extra items. It’s not a one-off mistake—the pattern shows up again and again in other reviews here.

I’ve personally caught them doing this. When confronted, they acted like it was just an innocent error, but it clearly wasn’t.

* Always ask for the price before you order.
* Always get a receipt and check it before you leave.

It’s sad, because the food itself is decent—but any place that plays these games doesn’t deserve your trust or your money. Unethical and disappointing.

Just bought corn desert at the shop, opened the lid and it smelled sour with mold on the surface; the tea had been sitting there for a long time. Please be careful when buying food here.

**BE AWARE – Spoiled Food**

Yesterday, I bought vegetarian food at Ba Le in Quincy, inside Kam Man market, around 8:35 am, just as the shop opened. When I got home and tasted the food, it was spoiled, as if it had been sitting there for several days.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered spoiled and old food from Ba Le in Quincy. I am very upset and disappointed with this shop.

I will not be buying from them again. Other customers, please be aware of this shop.

Fast and friendly service. The sandwiches are delicious. Our favorite is the beef and tofu. IMHO best in the state. The grab to go food are authentic and good as well. Highly recommended.

Never, Ever, Go here!!!!! I saw the lady worker opening all the che containers, sticking her fingers inside each one, and tasting it to see if it’s stale, or if it’s still good to sell. I wanted to vomit just seeing this.
