I find the food here unique. Serving their own versions of pho and Banh mi sandwiches. Love their regular pho which has rich broth flavor topped with scallions and cilantro. The beef brisket topping, I was expecting the normal thin slices but pleasantly surprised by the thick cut and it’s tenderness. Staff was working the kitchen and would bring the food out. Even though they were busy, the tall guy was very polite and helpful to any customer service requests. Small joint though. Worth the repeat.

Really tasty Bun Bo Hue. Love the promos (there’s BOGO Pho Saturdays – online order only). Boyfriend is always asking to get Bun Bo Hue here. Ordering and getting the food here is S-tier in convenience and speed. Lovely employees too.

4.6 stars at the time of visiting and I left somewhat disappointed. Nothing was “bad” but it really just didn’t hit the spot. The pho broth was very under seasoned, even considering that pho is meant to be lighter. The place looked like it was hastily renovated and lost all the charm from older pictures. You won’t have a bad meal here and service was plenty quick, but don’t expect to be impressed to the tune of 4.6 stars.

There’s a simple to use self service kiosk for dine in which is pretty nice.
The pho itself is not bad, but not something I would recommend. The broth likely isn’t hot enough when they served it as the noodles were not fully cooked. The chicken isn’t really worth the extra money, but it is decent. The coffee is solid if you like it sweet.
There is a bogo deal for Saturday if you order online so you should look that up before you order.

Really good bahn at downtown Hartford. Looks like they are setting up. It’s nice that you can order at the kiosk by yourself. The atmosphere could be a little better but I think they are working on it. The pork bahn mi and Vega Pho was absolutely delicious. The vietnamese coffee was a little watery but still had good coffee in it. The portion size was also good. Will try again when I’m around here.

The food was delicious. The space feels unfinished. There is a sink on one side and another section towards the back that looks like storage. It was odd. Better for takeout. Because it bears repeat that the food was delicious.

Interesting digital ordering. Order at touch screens near the entrance, sit, and the staff bring everything out to you. The food was excellent, very flavorful. The portions are great. The restaurant also does take out.
