This place is a pleasant surprise of our first vacation to OBX. We love it so much that we had late lunch there three days in a row. We tried different appetizers, sushi rolls, pah tai noodle, drunken noodle, which are all great. We especially love the dessert “sweet rice mango”, which is actually not on the menu but so great! Sorry that I am not a photo person so I always forget to take pictures before start eating. All waiters and waitresses that served us are super friendly and sweet. We will for sure stop by again in our next visit.

This place was an absolutely perfect pick while we were on vacation!! I wish I lived nearby or I’d be a regular. We got edamame, two sushi rolls, and crispy pork lo mein and everything was SO GOOD. The sushi was fresh and the flavors were well balanced, the crispy pork was melt-in-your-mouth and crisped perfection, and the lo mein tasted authentic (read: not super Americanized) and so flavorful. I was also super excited that Thai tea was a beverage choice and they were sweet, cold, and had the perfect amount of boba! Our server was sweet and attentive as well. 10/10 ⭐

Absolutely loved this place! Our waitress Nicole was the best most kid friendly waitress we have ever had. So sweet and thoughtful. The drinks and food were the best we have ever had at a Thai or sushi restaurant. The Hokkaido roll had whole scallops on top and was so delicious I would consider moving to Duck. The atmosphere was whimsical outside in a seaside coastline forrest with romantic hanging twinkle lights outside and an upscale style inside.

Had dinner tonight at Bangkok Thai & sushi. The food was delicious!!! We ordered the crispy duck roll, tuna, salmon,& sweet shrimp nigiri; along with a monster pinch roll, and pineapple fried rice. The sushi was delicious! It melts in your mouth and is super buttery. My favorite was the crispy duck roll. The atmosphere was very nice, it was very clean, staff were friendly and gave great tips on what to order. Totally worth a trip if you’re in town.

We ended up at this place by accident and we are so glad we did! Our server, Ashley, was so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. Try the crispy eggplant appetizer and the poke bowl! And the atmosphere was lovely, with a saxophonist playing while we ate. Loved it here!

Amazing little Thai and Sushi restaurant nestled within an old growth forest. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet very modern, and the staff are attentive and friendly. There is a really nice bar with a wide selection of drinks to choose from. If you choose to sit outside instead of in the dining area, there is a quaint dining area overlooking a small fountain with gentle waterfalls flowing through several miniature ponds. The food is fantastic! Locally caught seafood is fresh and undeniably delicious! There are many different selections to choose from. Everything is phenomonally delicious!!

Didn’t get a picture of calamari because we ate it too quick. This was a fantastic dinner! Noticed the few reviews and that they were all recent so assumed they recently opened (they did just a couple months ago), my wife and I wanted to give it a try. So glad we did!

We selected Bangkok Thai Sushi for our last dinner in Duck and we are so glad that we did! Everything that we had was fantastic and we would highly recommend and order again. The atmosphere was fun, service attentive and the best food that we had while in the Outer Banks. I’ll also add that it’s some of the best Thai food that I’ve ever eaten. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy this gem!
