11-12-2025 – 11 am – Combo Seafood Meatball Noodle Soup , with a side of sticky rice. I was the 1st customer of the day and my 1st time there, I had their full attention. The atmosphere was very basic, kinda like a special event hall, no wall art, big room, with 9 big seating/booths on the sides, lots basic tables and chairs in the center of the big room. Food was delicious. I will be back. I recommend this restaurant.

The portion was massive! Soups were nice just more on the sweet side. Place is big but quite lack of design. The only big problem was our table didn’t have any sauces. Upon asking the staff said she would take a tray to us, but we did not got any upon finishing our meal 🙁

I’ve been coming to Bangkok Thai for probably about 16 years now and it’s one of my 2 top favorite restaurants in Merced. The food is always super fresh, tasty, and delicious. Every single time I’ve been here I have been satisfied. Everyone I bring here loves it too. Certainly one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at in my life. When I am in a hurry, I will call in an order of spring rolls made the way I like it with soft tofu. They always have my order waiting for me by the time I get there. I love this place, it’s so good. I took a picture of my spring rolls today for this review. It comes with 4 huge spring rolls but I already started to eat one when I took the photo. Excellent restaurant, food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend Bangkok Thai~ 10 out of 10

I always order pad see ew beef medium spicy, but it’s never medium spicy. It’s more like no spice at all, which I don’t like. The chili on the side is not even spicy at all too. You guys need to do better on the chili. Also, today I order my pad see ew beef and ask for medium spicy, it’s not even spicy. I ordered eggrolls thinking there’s meat inside but to my surprise, there was none at all. There was no wood ear mushroom in it like the menu stated. Also, there’s no pork AT ALL!!!!! So disappointment with you guys. It was veggies only. Very disgusting. I would never order eggrolls again. I wanted to try it out but never will I order again. I also order the duck, it was very yummy.

I ate here for mother’s day. The workers were friendly but the service was slow. I enjoyed my pad thai but I wasn’t a fan of their fried rice. My mom ordered the meatball soup and really enjoyed it. Three out of six of us were disappointed with their food because they were expecting it to be spicy and it wasn’t. So, I would say definitely give it a try and see what you think. I noticed alot of people eating noodle soup when I was there. So maybe that’s the star at this restaurant. I will definitely have to come back and try it.

Don’t need to tell you that we love this restaurant. We frequent this cozy , friendly and tasty Bangkok home away from as many times as possible. This visit we ordered the pineapple fried rice , beef broccoli ,chicken stuffed shrimp eggroll, and our all time favorite spring rolls. As always the food was 5 star delicious, the service 5 star helpful, and the atmosphere 5 star comfort. SERIOUSLY, when we want great food, friendly service and a place to relax and enjoy our meal , the Bangkok gets a 5 star all around from us .

first time with fiance I love it the pad thai is different from what im used to a bit sweet but definitely going again.we went on a sunday afternoon and it was not busy at all about 3 other tables the thai tea was yummy and lasted for a while the coconut drink was also pretty good as well
