The ambiance is simple and typical of a family-owned restaurant, nothing fancy but comfortable. The food, however, stands out in terms of taste—and the strong Google ratings make sense after dining here.
The red curry had a pleasant, balanced spice level and was enjoyable. The fresh garden rolls were very fresh, almost like a light salad wrapped in rice paper. The Thai basil fried rice was decent, though not as memorable compared to similar dishes I’ve had at other Thai restaurants.
Overall, if you’re in Dover and looking for a reliable place for good Thai food, Bangkok Thai Cuisine is definitely worth a visit.

I ordered pad see ew which is my favorite Thai dish. This was the worst version I’ve ever had. The noodles were dry and gummy, it was bland and flavorless, there were carrots and baby corn in it which was weird and on top of it the vegetables tasted frozen. Won’t be back.

Small quaint little spot, but the food was absolutely amazing! The peanut sauce & cucumber salad that came with the chicken satay appetizer were delicious. And the Thai Sweet & Sour entrée was equally delicious.
Service was quick, and my waitress was very attentive. Great price and great quality.

This was a nice food experience. The Thai basil chicken and shrimp was a little different than I usually like it, but it was still delicious. The basil fried rice was delicious. The star of the show for me was the curry samosa appetizer stuffed with potatoes, peas, chicken and maybe some other stuff with the cucumber salsa. Delicious indeed!

Stopped in for dinner while staying at a nearby hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is pretty basic — small strip-mall location, simple interior, nothing fancy — but the food and service make it absolutely worth a visit.
I ordered the Pad Thai and it was delicious. Perfectly balanced flavors with plenty of that rich, tangy-sweet sauce that makes great Pad Thai. I grabbed sticky rice to go, and while I haven’t tried it yet, the table next to me was raving about it.
Service was excellent: fast, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing.
Definitely a solid choice if you’re in the area and want great food without the frills.

Order dishes for takeout here. Super disappointed with portion size. Two of the dishes looked like they were somebody’s leftovers. Almost didn’t even have a bowl small enough to put them in.

Little restaurant, less crowd and delicious food. We ordered lunch special Vegan Pad Thai and Vegan Curry rice. They can customize anything on the menu according to your preference.
I ordered sticky rice with fresh mango too and it was yummmmm! Definitely recommend!

Extremely small portions for lunch. The food was subpar. As was the service also. Too many order mistakes in the short time we were there The waitress wanted our $24 worth of change as a tip on a $26 lunch bill. This was on a pick up order no less. We were very disappointed. I highly recommend going to Chaiya or Pho Saigon instead.

We stopped in while traveling. No idea if we will pass this way again which makes me sad because the food was fantastic and the staff incredible.
I’m not well versed in Thai food but if this was a great example, I am now a lover of it. Everything we ate was delicious. Also very affordable.

Walked in and saw the kid in the corner doing his homework and immediately knew this was going to be an incredible experience. IYKYK.
As someone who has lived in Thailand I will say this is a genuine slice of Thai life. The entire staff is excited to see you and the owner/chef will poke her head out of the kitchen to see how you are doing.
The food is perfect.
