Had never had Bangkok until my husband took me there for our first date three years ago. We love it! It is one of our favorite places to eat and I adore the staff! They are always so kind to our family when we are there! Best Crab Rangoon in town!

My usual order is Kai Pad Cashew (extra spicy) with white rice, hot and sour soup, two egg rolls, and hot tea.
I love this dish, but it does seem to be slightly different every time. The egg rolls are a little small, but the hot mustard and the sweet sauce is amazing. The tea is a little weak, but the soup is probably my favorite.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but this was just awful. We never had problems with their food before. They seem to be going downhill over the years. We ordered take out and got the crab rangoons and eggrolls and fried rice. The rice was ok. The others the wrappers were hard and dry, like eating hard crackers. We couldn’t eat it. Also got my order wrong. I called and of course they couldn’t give any money back. They wanted to replace but I said no cause it would still be too hard too eat. So I lost out on money and dinner. Had to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. which we should have done in the first place I guess.

The front desk greeter was astounding and very courteous. I ordered house special rice it was excellent but the general tso chicken was ok it had a different taste which may be thai way. My waitress on the other hand was less than stellar. When she came around she stood back like I had the plague and was short on answers. Because of greater they get 4. Worth going though

Food is good but service is lacking, staff is so unfriendly and almost always forget something in my carry out order. Occasionally read posts in the local paper about health code violations as well, I will miss the food but sadly the service and cleanliness has made it impossible to continue to eat there. The woman that works the counter has forgotten simple hostess basics in courtesy :/

Without exaggeration, this is the worst food, Chinese, Thai, or otherwise, that I have ever had. It appears that everything is out of a can, including the chicken chicken. I can’t even describe with accuracy how awful this was. I ordered the almond chicken and it literally looked like cheap cat food. No one in my party was able to eat their food, let alone finish it, and when my husband brought it to their attention how bad the food was and how dissatisfied we were he got an attitude.
If you still choose to try it, better luck to you and there is a Taco Bell less than a mile down the road. Trust me, you’ll thank me for that and information later.

Truly awful. I ordered Panang chicken and got some cooked chicken (I hope) with a can of bamboo shoots thrown on top all stirred into some, tasteless MSG sauce. The white rice was the best part of the dish. My wife had the worst Pad Thai we have ever tasted.

Another great experience at the Bangkok Palace. We were in town to hunt near Chillicothe, and decided to come back to this restaurant after our terrific experience last year. We weren’t disappointed. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is what one might expect for an ethnic restaurant in that region of Ohio. We all ordered soup, appetizers, and a main course, and plenty of Tsingtao and Singha. My water glass was never empty. I found the food to be authentic, hot from the kitchen, and carefully prepared. The price was very reasonable for everything. Where else could you buy wool socks, hand lotion, batteries, and have great meal? We’ll be back every year, as long as they keep up the great service and delicious food.

Great place to have lunch or dinner. Have never had a bad item from them. It is nice to go in where the people and owner remember you and call you by name and already know your order. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.
