We have been here a couple times now. We like to go after the movies! It’s pretty good. The service is always great all the servers are really nice. The food has always been pretty good. Sometimes we feel the side dishes could be a little better, like the rice and beans were good but just good. But the tacos/main dishes are delicious. I’m not a vegetarian but I like the options and the honey sriracha tofu tacos are my favorite so far. Drinks were also tasty. I will say the atmosphere can be a bit rowdy and louder especially on the weekends which is fine, just more of a preference thing tbh. (I have bad hearing) We were able to be seated right away at the high tops which we appreciate the option for that, and also not to have to sit at the bar. Bathrooms also I had noticed could be tidier. We really like it here and will definitely keep coming for our movie date nights, thank you!

My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday and it was a 10/10 experience. Food was absolutely amazing and our server was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to this Banditos for four years and it was always a great experience. The last year the food and service has gone down. The menu advertises liquid queso and it is one of my favorite menu items. The queso is no longer coming out as liquid. It comes out clumpy as if it were sitting out for a while. I was told it is up to waiter staff to stir the crockpot to keep it fresh but seems the staff doesn’t pay attention to the crockpot. If you ask for queso from the kitchen it is liquid and fresh. Maybe it’s time to move away from the crockpot since staff pays it no mind?
It’s also been hit or miss on whether or not the drink menu is up to date with available drink materials. Depending on waiter/waitress some are on their phones not engaging with customers. I was also served plastic silverware at the bar, making it very difficult to cut up my chicken for my burrito bowl. Also, half the time the food comes out incorrect.
I have loved this place for years and am so sad to see the quality of food and service go down.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and everytime the service is terrible. Food is usually okay.
Visited on Friday and it was busy, which was expected. Ordered the jalapeño empanadas as an appetizer. Tasted fine, but empanadas were room temperature and soggy. We also didn’t get any plates or utensils until we were already done with the appetizer.
Ordered the carnitas tacos and chicken tinga with street corn salad and cilantro rice. Again, the food came out soggy with grease all over my tray. My tacos instantly fell apart when I picked them up. Carnitas were extremely salty. Street corn salad tasted frozen. Cilantro rice was tasteless and tasted like microwaved rice with some cilantro leaves on top. My BF’s carnita tacos were also very salty and corn salad tasted frozen. Our server was no where to be found. We asked if she could comp the one meal. She said okay, but instead only took off $10….only $10 off a $16 meal. Mind you, we were still willing to pay for the appetizer, second entree and 2 drinks even though everything was bad.
Will not be visiting this location again. Don’t know why we even gave it another chance when it constantly disappoints.

First time visiting Banditos. As a start I ordered an ice tea and was told that they did not carry real sugar. I was surprised but oh well. The service was sub par at best. Waited extra long times and the restaurant was not even full. The waitress was not attentive and did not seam to care. When we got the bill (for a table of 4) we realized that an 18% tip was automatically added. Now I see why the service was not good. She knew she was getting her tip regardless of the service provided. The food was very good. But will not be returning.

Chips were a bit stale for my preference but tacos were good. We got birria and carne asada. Runner spilled the consommé upon dropping it on the table. Not a big deal, but you’ll have to forgive the photo.
Our server Chico was nice enough, but forgetful and inattentive as ever. We stayed parched throughout the meal and at the end were helped by someone else to pay after having been forgotten about.
You could blame the large party they walked through the entire restaurant with two dogs in purse and had to attend to, but ultimately it falls on your staff to remain competent.
What really sold it for me was the extra attitude the hostess gave us for wanting to pay up front instead of wait around for Chico to remember we were there. Chef’s kiss; bravo.
The artwork in the building is nice, and the area the restaurant is situated in is a convenient place to walk in if you’re feeling Mexican for lunch — but to all that, I’d say skip the aesthetic and go to your favorite hole-in-the-wall instead.

My friends and I stopped into Bandito’s to warm up while shopping at The Avenue at White Marsh. We are so glad we did! The food, service and hospitality were spot on. Shout out to the manager, Erin, who greeted us and gave us the perfect table. We ordered a round of drinks and some nachos to share, but I definitely want to go back and try more! We let them know we had limited time, our drinks and food were delivered really quickly. Thanks for a great experience, we’ll be back!

Went in on a Wednesday night and they were very busy. We sat just in front of the bar ona high table and it took a long time to get service. They were overwhelmed and the best thing was the food, very good and what a variety of tacos!

Last night my family went to Banditos for the first time after our friends raved about the food and service. They were not wrong. Food came out on time, hot and staff was super friendly. Erin the manager was fantastic. She came to check on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. She was great! We even had a few laughs together. Well done Banitos staff and management!

Love this place! Nashville hot is amazing! Queso, chips and salsa & the pineapple margaritas will leaving you craving to return again. We go there as a group for happy hour dinner. The atmosphere is fun and the art is very tastefully created. This is my fav place to go.
