I can’t say how many times I’ve actually stopped here while on business trips – many times at the very least. So safe to say this review is well past due. Bandido Hideout has been a very comforting restaurant for me. The service has always been excellent by the three ladies who are typically behind the counter. Always very attentive and respectfully friendly. The food is great, as are the prices. The Michelada (which I am very particular about) is one of the best I’ve had in New Mexico. I think one of the things I like most about this place is that it really reminds me of a Mexican restaurant in Puerto Vallarta/Mexico. A very genuine feel from a culture standpoint. But very welcoming to all at the same time. Can’t wait to stop by when I return to the ABQ.

Soup portion is huge! Way too much for one or too. Seafood plate is great and enough for two too. The menudo is okay….was good for my first time but got very light/lack of flavour and thickness for my second time. We all like the chicken soup more~

We chose Bandito Hideout because it was close to our hotel and they were open later than many of the other restaurants in the area. This is definitely a cool place! The food was amazing! They have many drink options. I would definitely love to stop back in during my next visit to Alb!

Everyone liked their food and drinks. No complaints from my kids, which is a plus.
I got the Camarónes Bandidos and it said it was hot, it wasn’t spicy at all which was disappointing on my end but I added salsa and chilis.

The service was amazing and delicious. My daughter and I ordered a pozole. When it came I can only compare it to the size of four separate smaller bowls put into one.
The man who seated, was so friendly. We ate and chatted with him until we left. What a great meal!

I visited this restaurant a few times before this visit and was not impressed with the food or service, but this visit was impressive. I had ordered the Huevos Chorizo, and my friend had the Chile Rellenos plate, and the food was very tasty. The plating and presentation of the meals were exceptional. The prices are reasonable. The restroom and the restaurant were clean. I will be eating at this restaurant more frequently.
