I was told to pull up and they would bring out my food I kept waiting finally went inside and it had been sitting on the online shelf. The fries were ice cold sandwiches were cold as well. So I ask for my money back. Even though I can’t blame the cashier she was rather rude said she didn’t have time for me while another employee was texting on her phone and filling food orders which I thought was crazy. The good thing that I have to say is the manager Nick I think is his name was very nice and helpful. I’m aware things happen but don’t be so rude if you don’t like your job go somewhere else.

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time we come we are missing food. This time it was my child’s chicken in his kids meal. The most that could be done about it was us come back out to get it. So we can either eat cold food or our child can watch us eat then wait till we go back for his. The accountability is none at this fast food restaurant. Management needs to be retrained on how to run a store or corporate needs to come clean it up

This is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. The older ladies in the drive through during day shift are the sweetest people you will ever meet. We had an issue with our order and they made it 10x better ! Couldn’t ask for any better customer service anywhere. Thank you for doing what you do! Delish orange cream shake also 🙂

I’ll be honest I’m just absolutely pissed. I’ve worked fast food, I’ve worked slow food, I’ve worked all this stuff. There is nothing but absolutely soaring us, laziness, selfishness, and obnoxiousness that would make someone barely put any cheese in cups people pay nearly a dollar a piece for. This person clearly knew when they put this cheese in this bag that nothing had come out and I had paid money for this. I am absolutely furious just at the absolute level of trash it would take someone to be to do something like this. It’s not a major thing, it’s not even hardly a notable thing. But it’s one of the sorriest damn things I’ve ever seen someone in a restaurant do. And no I didn’t touch that cheese and that’s literally right after I pulled the lid off of it.

Hands down best sandwich possible in this area and the sandwiches come with very generous amounts of meat. Drive thru was to the road when I turned in but we still were not in line more than 10 mins total and BOY this food is amazing! Nothing like Arby’s roast beef, I mean nothing.

On 4th of July near closing, our family stopped by for some sandwiches because they were one of the last places open that day that late. The staff was super nice about it and they did a fantastic job even tho it was near closing. Give all of them a raise, like, above and beyond service. Super cool of them, thank you!
