I was told to try a burger at Banderas and thought, “Hey, why not!” This food truck is in a parking lot with other food truck vendors (tacos, churros, tortillas) and there is plenty of parking. We went around 4pm on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy.
They do have a hand washing station, which I believe is great touch to their business. They do have tables to sit at and music was playing.
We decided to order a cheeseburger meal and I wanted to try the BBQ chicken sandwich as well. The cheeseburger was good, fries are crispy and good. The BBQ chicken sandwich is made on sourdough bread, which I like, although I thought the sandwich was small. The prices are reasonable, which I always appreciate. If I’m in the area and I want a burger, this would be my spot.

Ordered the Club Sandwich and The Hot Link Burger absolutely DELICIOUS favorite burger place in Bakersfield, and the Fries are to die for! 100/10 recommend. they also give Yellow peppers which is such a clutch move.

The lady who worked the window of this tiny food truck was so nice. We talked and laughed and she gave excellent advice.
She suggested I get the Sausage Burger. God was she right.
That Burger was extraordinary. Juicy, tender and hot. Along with the fries that crunched every bite, I enjoyed my meal.
Prices are great. I paid less than $15. Burger, fries and a soda. Well worth it.
Eat your meal under the roof outside. Enjoy the music and the food.

Excellent food here, trust me. My son said while going to BC. ( Bakersfield College) he lived off there food, while they were parked at campus. They have now moved here off North Chester.
We ordered double cheeseburger’s and onions rings. He brought them home and they were fresh, hot and damn good. Glad he suggested this place, we will definitely be returning back here soon.

Quick stop on our drive through Bakersfield. Based on reviews n it didn’t disappoint. Good Burgers with skinny fries, spot kept very clean & we loved parking our big truck easily
