If you have not been to Bandanas in Bloomington for a while, you may want to check them out.
The store front restaurant is modern, clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is amazing and the portions generous.
My personal favorite is generally the Pick Three combo, I generally select white meat chicken and 2 servings of ribs for my meat choices. I think they have the best ribs around and I love the smoked chicken.

This was our first visit and we managed to get the entire restaurant to ourselves. At first I was nervous, why would the restaurant be empty at 4pm on a Sunday? However it was the nicest experience ever!
Our waitress Sammi was friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend the bbq ranch on a side salad, i never would’ve thought to add bbq to ranch dressing. The burnt ends were tender with ample amount of flavor. The ribs were tender and had great flavor with just the dry rub. The garlic bread was crunchy while still being fluffy. The Mac and cheese was AH MAY ZING.
Highly recommend stopping in.

Definitely worth a visit but just wasn’t my best bbq experience. Mac n cheese was flavorless and burnt ends tasted chewy. Would recommend the pork, beans, and garlic bread. Service was friendly and prompt.

Nice service (even though we had to seat ourselves), clean place and nice environment. Great southern style atmosphere, and great options to choose from the menu with reasonable prices. They have different styles of barbecue sauce on the table for different tastes. Food was good, but brisket was not very tender. Big parking lot and great location.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review on any site ever…food or otherwise…I got turkey, chicken, ribs, baked potato, Mac n cheese, baked beans, and corn…literally the best part of the meal was the sides. Every single piece of meat was dry and cold even though I order in the restaurant. 10/10 do not recommend, especially for the cost.

Came with family. 1st time here. Enjoy the food. I got the choose 3 and got the ribs, pork, brisket. Food was nicely smoked and delicious with their spicy BBQ. Other bbq was good, but my favorite was the spicy. Price is reasonable, especially for good smoked meat. If you like a good smoke barberque, I request that you try this place.

Bandanas has excellent BBQ, and the budget busters come with so much that it’s a great option. I love that there are a variety of BBQ sauces on the table that you can choose between, and they each have a unique taste. The fried green beans are also very yummy!

Great food and service too. I had the southern pork sandwich, that means it comes with coleslaw on the sandwich. I used the hot and spicy BBQ sauce on the sandwich. Boy oh boy was that really good.
I also had the sausage sandwich too. Hot sauce on this one two!
It’s been a few years since I’ve had the chance to eat here. I’m so glad I did stop. Also they are about ready to move a little further south on Veterans. Watch for the new location.

This place must be under new management or owners. This place was the best barbecue I ever had. Today the Ribs are so salty no one in my family will eat them and @50.00 for a Full slab sad.
