The customer service here is great, very polite people. Very good portion sizes for a 3 meat plate. Not bad the Turkey wasnt great but the beef and sausage were good. Try combing the Chicago sweet and the spicy bbq sauces

Being from Kansas City I know good BBQ. And this isn’t. Just not authentic. No pit in the restaurant that I could see. No smoke scent. Not sure where they smoke or even if they smoke. Meat has no telltale pink smoke ring, no bark, meat is actually wet, as if it was steamed in water to reheat it. Certainly not fresh out of the smoker with the crusty dry seasoned rub texture.
The most disappointment was that the beef isn’t brisket. It was chopped, sliced bite-sized pieces of possibly shoulder or rump roast. Unacceptable. Eaten a ton of bbq in my day and have never had anything but brisket passed off as beef BBQ. I would have asked for a refund, but menu just said it was a beef plate. Didn’t use the word brisket. Guess they could have served “barbecued” chuck steak and gotten away with it. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That won’t happen as I’ll not be returning.
Edit: I should have added that I was dining alone and the only other customer was another guy dining alone. Only two customers at lunch time on a weekday should have been a tell.

This is a nice BBQ place. The staff is friendly and the restaurant (and bathroom) are clean. They have a nice selection of BBQ sauces and good menu. The food tasted pretty good, the chicken was a tad dry but the pulled pork was delicious. We ordered the BBQ feast for two and spent 42 dollars and had left overs.

Best BBQ we’ve ever had….and we’ve had a lot of BBQ! We tried the BBQ feast for two so we could taste a variety of things. Everything was seasoned to perfection! The ribs…..oh my goodness the ribs! We will be stopping back by to purchase that rub before we head back to Indiana. The chicken was so delicious! The pork and brisket with those little pieces of burnt ends. Yum!! Even the garlic bread!! Oh and the sweet and smoky sauce is the best one, trust me. Try it!!

It wasn’t too busy. Had a lot of food choices. There BBQ was pretty good. I had ribs. Their online menu said they had Cherry Pie and Apple Pie but they really didn’t. I like a little dessert after the main course but all they had was donut holes. So I mark them down a bit

Extremely friendly and always helpful staff. The food is very good and reasonably priced. You have your choice of several different barbecue sauces. Great pulled chicken and pork. Quality ribs. I like the Chicago style sauce. I like the pulled chicken nachos and the price is very reasonable as it comes with a helping of pulled chicken, not just nachos and cheese. Coleslaw is tasty too. Favorite QC barbecue

I’ve only been here for lunch, but it’s not too bad for the price you get with the “Budget Buster” meals they offer during lunch. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here if it wasn’t close to work and a cheap lunch option though.
I will say the staff are excellent though. Always very friendly and making sure that everything is to your liking. There may be better barbeque in the area, but the staff keeps me coming back more than anything.

Cashier and waitress courteous. Ordered turkey w/ fries and beans. While they tasted good, all were lukewarm at best. This I experienced in the past. Generous portions and good value. Would like food to be hot when it arrives though.

We went a week ago in the evening and everything was good. So we decided to try it for lunch today. We waited over an hour for our food, the chicken and beef were not good, very dry! The servers knew that they were running behind and did not even come to our table and apologize, offer an appetizer, coupons, drinks or anything to help the situation! Bad service!! No stars for Bandana’s!!

I had lunch there on Father’s Day with friends. They were very understaffed!! We had to wait 15-20 minutes for clean forks, and amother 15 minutes, maybe longer, for our food. On a positive note; they did have a good selection of sauces and the food was good. They even had boiled peanuts.
