Let me start by saying how absolutely amazing bams sweet shop is!
I had everything together EXCEPT the cake for my daughter’s sweet 16. I contacted bams sweet shop 3 days prior to the party . There was not a second that she displayed annoyance, agitation, etc; she demonstrated quite the opposite and remained very pleasant and communicative throughout our encounter. I gave her the color theme of the party, but allowed her to design freely; and let me just say it was more than I could’ve ever come up with/imagined. When I arrived to pick up the items, everything was boxed and ready to go ON TIME, unlike myself lol… she helped me load everything into my car and gave me detailed instructions on how to make sure the items remained intact until it was time for the party. When I had a second to breath, I looked down at my phone and saw she even messaged me to make sure everything went well. This meant so much to me! & Do I really need to mention, THERE WERE NO TREATS LEFT?!!!
I say all of this to say, if you are looking for a creative baker, with great communication skills, thoughtful, and someone who exudes professionalism, this is it!
I will forever be grateful for the time/effort you put into making my daughter’s sweet 16 memorable. I will without a doubt, be using your services again.

Absolutely amazing! I asked to get my wife a cake and other items she would like. Super helpful and gracious (I asked if they can do it within 48 hrs which normally, they ask for 72 hrs). It looked and tasted amazing!!! She loved it.

First I want to start with I Google bakery near me. This popped up and I was trying to message and called hung up. I received a call back from her husband very nice and professional asking how could they help me. I told him what I needed and he said let me see if she can have it done by Saturday before 2. This was Wednesday. He text back and said that she do it and asked for a deposit . Well let’s say I got more thani asked for.The cake was over the top look and taste were beyond expectations. I’m grateful for the smile it put on my stepdaughter face. I give it 10 out of 10.
