Picked up take out. The food was very bland, the chicken and broccoli in brown sauce had no flavor. Very disappointing and I will not return. The sesame chicken was super mushy like it wasn’t cooked.

I usually wont do this but honestly the place should close or change cook. Food was bland. I was not able to eat it even adding soy sauce. It was the worst Chinese food I had and a waste of money.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled this time. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but it was a huge disappointment. I’ve had bad Chinese food before and still managed to eat it—this was different. Bamboo House served food that was completely inedible. It lacked flavor, care, and everything was overcooked. I honestly want my money back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Must say we were disappointed with the food. Food is on the bland side and mushy. And must I say: no fortune cookies! We ordered orange chicken and general tso chicken- couldn’t tell the difference they tasted identical. Hot and sour soup- the worst. Egg rolls were mediocre. Beef broccoli – beef was mushy and sauce flavorless. On the bright side: the lady at the front was very sweet!

The size of the serving compared to the cost is worth every penny. Got chicken lo mein combo platter for $10.50. I could eat what they gave me for 3 days. Enormous serving size! 5 stars for service. 4 stars for taste. Ask for extra sauce or show up earlier than I did. Made my order in store when they were supposed to be closed but they took care of me and fed me like a king! Staff is awesome!
