Came in to place an order, was informed after I placed my order& tapped my card. The WiFi was down and cash is the only option. Service is usually better than what I experienced tonight. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

Ordered for the first time for a Christmas party, and we were all very happy with the food! I ordered about a dozen different items and all were fresh and tasty. The food was delivered fast, but the quality did not suffer. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

Bamboo garden is a hidden gem inside of a first I almost passed it by well, I’m glad I didn’t. This place has been a local gem ever since Number One Chop Suey in Oak Forest closed this is. My new go-to for Chinese food. I had the chicken walnut dinner spicy and my friend had beef. Broccoli, both dishes were very good. The restaurant itself was clean. However, they did seem a bit unexpectedly short-staffed for our visit. I would go back. I would recommend it to local friends.

Stopped in from out of town, but growing up in Tinley Park I know the smaller places are some of the best places when it comes to Chinese as well as pizza. This place hit the spot and the price was amazing! I know where I’ll be coming from now on when I’m in town

It’s a very busy spot but the delivery is super quick.
Went here on a quick lunch date with my hubby. Food was HOT. The crab Rangoons are . I love Hunan beef in general, ordered it and it was good- had a little spicy kick to it which was great.

We tried Mongolian beef and Generals chicken. The generals chicken was soggy and didn’t have the authentic taste at all. We didn’t like this dish. The Mongolian beef was just ok. Beef was really chewy. The egg roll was mediocre, nothing to be happy about. Not interested in returning. The place did seem to be busy. Service was not bad.

Customer service at this restaurant is horrendous. We sat for 20 minutes in the dining area and the lady never came to our table. My friend got up to let her know we were waiting and she rudely said, “the dining room is closed”. She saw us sitting there and said absolutely nothing nor was there a sign saying the dining room was closed. We drove 40 minutes to come to this restaurant because the food is good but the service is so bad we will NEVER go back. They need to hire additional staff and train the lady on customer

This no star review is for customer service. I understand when things happen that is not under your control but you ‘DO NOT SPRINKLE SALT ON AN OPEN WOUND”. I went there to dine-in yesterday and waited to be served for approx 20 mins. I finally got up and went to the counter to inform the young lady and was told “there will be no dine in service because she was the only person working. Understandable, right? Here’s the issue she saw us come in and sat at the table and said, nothing. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or no option for take-out which I would have declined. It was her NO CARE ATTITUDE. I will not be giving them my business again which is my prerogative. This is my first time writing a review.

1st time customer so I was cautious about buying too much. We got a carryout of course. The egg rolls were delicious. The jumbo shrimp fried rice and jumbo shrimp egg foo young were huge portions. However we were not impressed with the taste. It seemed tasteless and oily. The rice seemed a bit over cooked. Just seemed like some seasoning was missing on this order.
I am being generous with my rating because so many other reviewers gave a good rating. And I understand how things can go wrong at times. But for a 1st impression we were not impressed. Maybe a trip for egg rolls.

The server/cashier/waitress was always accommodating to my orders and always nice! Food is great too! No complaints to that! This place is always my go to place.
