1st time customer so I was cautious about buying too much. We got a carryout of course. The egg rolls were delicious. The jumbo shrimp fried rice and jumbo shrimp egg foo young were huge portions. However we were not impressed with the taste. It seemed tasteless and oily. The rice seemed a bit over cooked. Just seemed like some seasoning was missing on this order.

I think we’ve found our new go to for Chinese in the area! Fried rice was delicious and not greasy. Orange chicken was delicious and not over-breaded. Sweet and sour shrimp was delicious.

Food is real good here. Not much ambiance here. Person who takes your order gives you a little rush job with your order. I asked patrons there about the food and they said they love it. I saw their portions while they ate in. Pretty big stuff. Food is hot and fresh.

Worst customer service, I ordered orange chicken (which is what I order everytime I go out to eat Chinese) and it tasted like they deep fried it in 5 month old grease and threw some sauce over it. The waitress didn’t even offer to remake it when I told her how greasy, old, and hard it tasted. The rice was decent but I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST ORANGE CHICKEN I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! BETTER OFF GOING TO PANDA EXPRESS!!! Especially with the economy nowadays, restaurants really should be more mindful on what they serve their customers, and how they treat them!!! Save your money, and time, but mostly tastebuds!!! Worst money I ever spent at a restaurant I didn’t even ask her to remove it from the bill, and she could’ve at Least offered an alternative or refund. I wasn’t asking for anything free, just a good meal!! And good service, which I didn’t receive either one of!!! From here on out I will go with what I know, which is always Quality Chinese food..#1 Chop Suey in Oak Forest!! They never disappoint!! The food is always fresh and the employees are always polite!! Too bad for Bamboo Garden!! They lost a very potential customer!!!

Food was HORRIBLE. And I used to love their food years ago. They fell off really bad. I stayed away from them because of how they never would put any sauce in our bags after I purchase from them. They told us “We have to ask for sauce” like?? are you serious? I see why I stayed away in the first place. I’ll never eat here again

A great place with good prices, I always enjoy the flavors. They serve you good portions, not that big, but enough to satisfy your hunger. The only thing for which I do not give it 5 stars is for the rude treatment of the attention, it seems that the language barrier makes them never smile and treat you in a rude way. For the rest, an excellent place to enjoy good Chinese food.

I was hoping that this will be my new go to but I wouldn’t be rushing back. The food was okay. Just okay. I did carry out and the service was lightning fast. I had the happy family and I just wasn’t blown away. Food was fresh but just lacking in flavor. This why I’m giving it 4 stars.
