Haven’t eaten here in a while…things seem to have gone downhill. The pork filling for the won tons and the dumplings has decreased by about 50% and the shrimp toast are AT LEAST half the size they used tonbe, all while prices have increased dramatically. I’m not sure ill eat here again.

I’ve eaten here for years..always great food. Today was a terrible experience. Ordered General Tsos chicken, and shrimp with garlic sauce. The General Tsos tasted sour, and the shrimp in garlic sauce was absolutely inedible. No taste of garlic at all..just a gloppy mess. So surprised by this. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what happened, maybe an off day but it turned me off..very disappointed

Hands down the absolute worst Chinese food we have ever had. The majority of it was completely inedible including pork fried rice (the meat was rotten with a strong foul odor), it was just the worst experience and will absolutely never order from there again.

This is straight up a take out place. Been going for 30+ years. The shrimp rolls were crisper when the former owners were there, BUT… this is bar none the BEST lomein in town. Chicken and broccoli is fresh and tasty. Sweet and sour shrimp has bigger shrimp and the batter is puffy and crisp. They’re closed on Tuesdays, plan accordingly.

I’ve been going here for 24 years and was always amazing, the food the service very good. Until new people took over the business. The food isn’t as good they changed some of the recipes, but the service is terrible. No one takes a name when you place an order so it takes 15 minutes or more to get your food because no one’s knows which order goes to what person. So disappointing. Never going again.

Food is always good here. They have generous portions. Employees are very accommodating – if you don’t want the egg rolls, they’ll offer you soup. They’re quick at making your food and getting you in and out. I have never had a bad experience here. Standout dishes are general tsos and sesame chicken. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from Bamboo for a couple of years, the food is good and delivery quick an polite. Problem is they have an American woman who works the phone. She is incredibly rude and claims to volunteer there. I won’t go there anymore. I’m not a Karen lol, but I’m not gonna go somewhere where the service is rude. Again only when she is there. It’s tough for small businesses in this environment. Eat at peking 88. Kind people decent food

I ordered food from bamboo garden and when I went to eat my chicken and string beans, the string beans were brown and looked very old. Definitely not fresh. The dumplings that we ordered were black like they just kept deep frying them over and over, also the egg rolls were very greasy. We went back to bamboo garden to ask for them to remake this food for us and they refused. I didn’t want my money back. I wanted my food remade because I was hungry. They would not remake it. Instead they gave me back 10 dollars which wasn’t even the amount of money that the food came to and told me to get out now. The people at bamboo garden are very rude and unprofessional. No costumer service skills at all.
