Established in May 2023, Bambaz brings comfort food favorites like macaroni and cheese to Lake George. Their menu offers creative twists on the classic dish, including mac-and-cheese with meatballs and chicken cutlet variations. Recently added smash burgers and chicken sandwiches provide more savory options for diners looking to expand their choices. 2024 we added grilled cheese. 2025 we added thin crust pizza and a cod fish sandwich.

My boyfriend and I came in for a quick lunch. This place is family run and it was such a nice experience. Brandon was super friendly and it was really nice getting to know him and the family business. The Detroit style pizza was amazing. I got it with meatball and chicken cutlet topping. Out of all the places I went this week, this place was the most welcoming.

An absolutely incredible family-owned restaurant in a great location on the strip in Lake George. Vincent (the owner) and his son Brandon, with G working the back, made us feel so welcome when we went there for a late night smash burger, which was, by the way, one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life. Vibes, ambiance, atmosphere, friendliness, food quality – all of it is immaculate. Do yourself a favor and stop by – you won’t regret it!

Stopped here to grab a bite before boarding a fireworks cruise, and let me tell you, we made the right choice! The food was great, really flavorful, and both the fries and tots were perfectly seasoned and crispy. We also tried their homemade blueberry lemonade and by far the best I have had. It was subtly sweet with the right amount of tartness and blueberry flavor. And then there was the service. Friendly, fast, and attentive. It’s definitely a spot we will visit again and we made some new friends so we have to go back and visit! Beautiful people and family highly recommend.

Had a wonderful dining experience here Saturday night. Staff was so friendly and enjoyed a great conversation with the owner/chef. He obviously loves what he does and has carefully crafted dishes that seem simple but are very elevated.
The Detroit pizza was awesome! Smash burger-WOW! Grilled cheese with bacon and Mac & cheese were great too. Can’t wait to come back next trip. (Wished we could have stopped to bring some pizza back home to CT but timing didn’t work out.)

The food is absolutely phenomenal. Food is made fresh to order and you can taste the quality ingredients; and generous portions. We got the chicken parm grilled cheese and the chicken cutlet mac & cheese. 10/10 ⭐️ The owner and other staff are so friendly and really make you feel at home with the atmosphere. The owner makes conversation with all his customers and really makes people feel welcomed. Will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you for such a great experience
