Had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant located inside the Sahara hotel on the Vegas strip. The decor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was elevated and elegant. The service was outstanding and we were greeted with smiles upon arriving and seated promptly for our reservation. The spicy shrimp & squid ink linguine was outstanding. It was bursting with flavor and not too spicy. The macaroni and cheese was cheesy, gooey and amazing. The wagyu sirloin was full of flavor and delicious throughout each bite. The espresso martinis with some of the best I’ve ever had!!! Perfectly made. We definitely enjoyed and will return again.

The house-made focaccia was soft, flavorful, and served alongside taralli as part of the bread service, which they happily refilled. Definitely a must-try! What a wonderful meal. The atmosphere here is great and the food is exceptional. One of the best Caesar salads I have ever been served and the chicken cannelloni was superb. I would definitely recommend adding this to your must eat locations while in Vegas.

Located inside sahara hotel, if you are looking or craving for something Italian or pasta this is an option. Clean and cozy. For the food, just your regular pasta that you can also order from somewhere else, taste is the same nothing special. But, I like the stuffed mushroom for appetizer, very flavorful.

I had the fusilli pesto it was amazing, flavorful and doughy! My server was attentive even though it was busy. I had a great time & I would have gave 5 stars until I witnessed the hostess get menus snatched out of her hand? She was so sweet I was shocked honestly. Im assuming the lady who snatched, black suit, Hispanic, glasses, bun was a manager because the suit. invading anyone’s personal space like that is disgraceful. Not only did the people the hostess was sitting see you, I saw you as well. I will also complain to the hotel itself. Do better and treat your staff better, they make the money. I hope this place gets better management soon
