I have been trying to explain the sheer size and volume of burger that I had when I visited my family in Macedonia in 2007. The Balkan burger they offer here had not only that size, but impossibly marvelous flavor. I will absolutely go back just for the burger, but my partner got the chicken Caesar salad and was very pleased with her meal as well.
The staff, thanks to it being a slower day, had space to converse while we ate. This is a family owned restaurant of Serbian / Bosnian descent, lending to spot on authenticity (the secret ingredient was one of my baba’s favorites – vegeta seasoning).
With the food, we also had a dessert that was marvelous; a chocolate and peanut butter cake that had little peanut butter cups inside. For myself, this really took me back to my youth, but I’m so excited to have an authentic Balkan restaurant with dedicated staff that I can recommend to friends, and finally introduce some degree of my heritage.

I can’t wait to go back to try the bread and cookies and sandwiches. It was so clean in there too, which is a huge bonus!!

The cevapi (pork and beef) might be one of the best things I have ever eaten! I was originally going to go to Subway for lunch but saw several people go in before me so I didn’t want to wait in line and went here instead. Since then, I’ve also had their Balken burger which was also delicious. Yes, the cevapi pretty much filled the takeout box.

Editing to add: I went down to four stars because I haven’t yet had a good coffee there. The food is fabulous, though. Once I ordered a cappuccino that was too milky and nearly no espresso flavor. Today I tried the double whipped coffee, which I think some people will like, but I don’t like sugar/sweet coffee, and it’s sweet like candy as well as iced, and the menu doesn’t indicate anything about it being served cold. Typically cafes will have hot and cold drink in separate places on the menu.
Everything is delicious, try one of each! They are also very good at explaining what each menu item is if you’re not familiar with the cuisine.

We ordered her cookies for a party and wished we had ordered more! With every bite it took me back to memories of my Romanian grandma’s cookies. I thought no one made them as good….until now! Amazing quality, every detail was thought of.
I highly recommend!

So so bread, the crust on the sourdough tasted burnt. Customer service is negligible the staff are unfriendly and not knowledgeable about their products. The reason for the 2 stars is that the sticky buns are the best I’ve ever had, that is you are lucky enough to find one in your bag once you get home and had ordered and paid for it! Too far out of the way to try again!

DELIGHTFUL AND TASTY cafe in Mogadore with fresh baked pastries, cakes, and cookies. Turkish coffee was excellent, and table service top notch! Perfect place for afternoon coffee break. All the fillings were fresh, baklava cheesecake to die for, and raspberry creation perfectly tart. Well worth your visit!

Stumbled across this gem today! I tried two of their Pitas (potato and feta) and a Turkish coffee while I was there and took home a poppyseed bread and some of the best baklava I’ve ever had.
