Very disappointing. Placed an online order for pickup to enjoy meal at home. Ordered a Sloppy Chick sandwich that is supposed have pork and chicken mixed with barbecue sauce. After arriving home., found absolutely zero barbecue sauce mixed in. How can an establishment known for its barbecue food not have barbecue sauce in its meat? Called restaurant and was told I can drive back and get another sandwich? How about a credit or offering to deliver a sandwich. Guess I won’t be ordering or visiting again.

There for lunch while in the city for sports. Only a few miles off the interstate. Food was fantastic. We had the sloppy chick, fries, chicken tenders, cheesy corn casserole. It was so good we went back from supper. My husband liked the sandwich so much he got it again. I had the cajun chicken pasta. Excellent. Huge portion. I got two more meals out of it. Has maybe a dozen arcade games for entertainment. TVs everywhere. Our only negative is my husband wanted a blended margarita and waitress said they don’t do blended, only rocks.

Some of the best smoked meats in the south metro. We had rib tips, brisket, and smoked pork tacos. The main course meats were all very good. The sides were of varying quality (the green beans were soggy and probably out of a can) but the fries were great and the corn bread was outstanding. They’ve got three sauces available and they’re all fine. The “hot” one was indistinguishable from their “regular” one — we thought the bottles might have been mislabeled.
Service was slow and disorganized (especially considering the place was at maybe 1/3 capacity) but our server was apologetic and friendly. The dining room is low-key comfortable. They’ve got some great priced deals available for takeout only as well.
We’ll be back next time we’ve got a hankering for some decent BBQ.

Great place to take your family for amazing food ! The service is amazing the owner is always on top of it and making sure everything and everyone is having a great time and taken care of. Quick turnaround times on food too! We definitely will be back!

We stopped in after a quick search for BBQ and this joint was en route. Not that busy but it should be. Our server was so awesome and would’ve made the great no matter how the food was. I can’t stress how nice she was. The wings were fantastic! Perfectly cooked, tender and juicy on the outside, a little but of a bite exterior and not overly sauced. The ribs and brisket were both very good, nice smoke flavor. The whole experience was to notch.

Food was subpar, drinks were good. The brisket and pulled pork were both overcooked and dry. French fries were more like potato wedges, which were okay just not what we expected. Would go back for the watermelon mojito (not pictured) but the food was a little disappointing.

We visited Baldy’s BBQ for the first time this weekend. Everything was generally good, but not life-changing. That said, we’ll return next time we’re in the mood for barbeque.
The standout item was the Cheesy Corn Bake — excellent! The mac and cheese was very good too. I enjoyed the pulled chicken sandwich, and my dining companion generally liked his food, although the brisket he received was very fatty and a little bit tough. The sweet BBQ sauce at the table was excellent. The cornbread seemed more like a spice cake, but was tasty.
Prices were fair, and they do offer a cash discount, so plan accordingly if you want to take advantage of that. Our server was very friendly and took good care of us.
Overall I’d put Baldy’s at about 3.75 stars out of 5. Certainly good enough to return to at some point, but I don’t feel a need to rush back tomorrow, either.

Went for dinner . They gave us someone else order initially and we thought it was ours . Food was tasty . Plates looked weird . Ambience was good and servers were nice too..

BBQ was a little overcooked for my taste, it fell off the bone. Ribs had no seasoning. Sides were small portions. Went back and tried the nachos with pulled pork and had a much better experience! The portions were much better and the flavors were better. Huge play area with games for the kids and lots of tv’s with sports. Saw lots of families. I would visit again.
