It’s time I finally write a review for this awesome sandwich shop. One of my favorite things about Baldino’s is the way they make their sandwiches. It’s not like Jimmy John’s, it’s not like Firehouse, it’s not like Jersey Mike’s or Subway … this place is just different. The shredded lettuce, the stacks of sandwich meat, the fresh bread, the 6.5” size (compared to 6”). When Baldino’s is an option, I’d take them over the competitors 10 times out of 10. The service at this location is always great. Sometimes there’s a wait (due to being busy), but it’s worth it.

My Husband and I went in to Baldino’s tonight and spent 60+ dollars on our meal which included three sandwiches. When we walked in, we almost left because the staff seemed to be highly annoyed that we came in to place the order in the first place. I asked for mayo, extra tomato, extra lettuce, and extra onions on my sandwich And it was sloppily assembled. My Husband’s boars head, foot-long sandwich was soaking wet and tasted like it had jalapeños on it, although there were not any jalapeños.. I had to remind the young lady before I left to give me the pickle, which I paid extra for because they are now up charging for pickles and Baldino. My question to the owners is what are you going to do about the poor assembly a very expensive sandwiches and the very poor customer service that many of your customers are receiving?

I placed an order via the app that was recommended for a pick-up. I specifically asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way. When I arrived, sandwich was ready and had the ticket attached showing what I asked for on the sandwich. Imagine my surprise to arrive home to find out that the lady did not do ANYTHING that I asked for on the sandwich and the sandwich was dry with barely any oil and vinegar and no mayo when I asked for heavy mayo. The only reason that I’m willing to try again is because this is my favorite sub shop back in my home city, but I have to always just pray that my order is right, when it barely is. Very disappointed in the staff for not even bothering to follow the customer’s instructions for how they want their sandwich made.

I recently visited Baldinos and had an exceptional experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of subs, and I was particularly impressed with the classic Italian sub. The fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors were a delight!

Staff and restaurant nice, but the sandwiches! What happened! Ordered pickup twice and barely any meat at all both times. $17 for a family sub of basically just a loaf of bread. Stick with the tobacco rd location for a real sandwich. Never again

Best sub I’ve had in a long time. Blows jersey mikes and firehouse out of the water. The bread is really good and they’re not cheap on ingredients.

I have a cheese steak and instead of getting the bread I got a wrap. It was a lovely experience the cashier was super patient and made sure i got exactly what I wanted. The only complaint I can think of is my wrap was soft and should have been grilled other that 8.5 out of 10

Baldinos used to be my favorite restaurant fast food place, but after the service I received tonight I am reminded why I rarely go there anymore. When I arrived there were three employees standing idle because there were not any customers in the store. After I placed a single order for myself a huge online order came through so the employees focused on that order. I don’t understand why two of the employees couldn’t work on the large order and the other employee couldn’t work on mine, but instead they made me wait almost 20 minutes to complete the large order before even starting on my order. Furthermore, when they were done there was no apology for making me wait so long. They just handed me the bag without saying have a great day or any other salutation. If they continue providing this type of service they will not be open very long!

First and last visit. As I sat in my car watching the workers clean, I got out walked in, placed my order the worker whom was cleaning sweeping mopping had gloves on, came from cleaning dug her hands in the veggies slapped them on the grill, I asked why she didn’t change her gloves, she contaminated the food, she got mad took them off and still thought I was eating the contaminated food, the food sizzled on the grill as I told them I was not eating it I walked out. If they did it this time, they definitely have been contaminating all day IJS!! To the manager the date was 2/3/26 the night shift. The contaminater- medium build white woman.

The Baldino’s staff at Davis Rd is like family! The owner is an amazing man and cares for his employees! The supervisors are knowledgeable and make sure things are done the right way! The women that work here always have a smile on their face and are friendly to everyone that walks in the door. Hud, Nikki, Collette, Kacey, Rebecca, Kenzie, Sunny, Kristi, London, Sapphire, Jace, and Adassa are the best at making sure your subs are perfect and the restaurant is clean. ❤️ you guys!!!
