Today’s experience was a little of a let down. My fries were wonderful, hot and just the right amount of salt. My tacos though, seemed to have light cheese instead of the light lettuce I requested and the meat was just barely warm, I was too hungry to take the time to request to have them remade. Other than that, the store was clean and pleasantly quiet.

I have eaten at bakersburger since I was a young kid. I truly love the food, and I always get it for my family, I don’t know what new vendor they are using for there beef, but there food now tastes abhorrid. My wife and I literally had to spit out the food we were eating. Because it was so disgusting i would not let my dog eat this food.I hope you fix this issue

When you walk into Baker’s it is always so clean and filled with the sound of great music playing in the background at just the perfect volume to hear your thoughts and conversations with your family members. The staff is very friendly and helpful always greeting you with a smile, and ready to help you out with taking your order, when they see you looking a bit lost or confused while trying to place your order through the kiosk. They never rush you or seem bothered to assist you!
The orders are always correct and they never let you forget about the hot sauce or ketchup!
The freshness, quality and flavor of the food and beverages is always DELICIOUS, and never disappointing! Plus they always have special deals in the app and new items to try, not to mention the Baker’s rewards/ points that you can accumulate for each order that you purchase, which once you reach a certain amount of points you get $10.00 in your app for you to use towards your next order. They make eating out with your family very affordable and enjoyable.

Went thru the drive thru late from driving from UCLA to Riverside and the kids and i were hungry so we pulled over and saw bakers. It’s really hard to find good customer service these days. But the young man there was great. Friendly, no attitude, helpful. He was the best person to work the window.

Unfortunately, I cannot boast about my experience. Our order had several errors and the food was room temperature even though we ordered at the counter. Billy, who took our order may have been new and was struggling but when we brought the errors to his attention, he fixed them immediately.
Overall the food quality was very poor. Incorrect items, cold food and over salted fries made this meal less than tolerable.
Service was fast. The drive thru is crowded now due to Covid-19. On this visit, we asked for fries well done and they were not. They are just trying to get the orders out as fast as possible.

Ordered the twin meal single burger: Burger patty was very thin and the taco was super skimp- barely anything in it. I wanted to say something, but it was super busy when I came so I just let it slide. Might give it another try in case it was just an off day.

Customer service is not existent here now that they have a touch screen at the counter to order and have mobile ordering. No one asked if we needed help or if we had any questions. We needed help because the touchscreen wasn’t taking our reward. We shouldnt have had to ask for help when the associates at the counter can clearly hear us saying it’s not working out loud. No one said welcome we’ll be right with you or anything! And mind you the manager was there too. The only reason we didn’t go through the drive-thru is because both me and my husband wanted to use the reward we both have and sometimes drive-thru can be petty and say only one reward per car so that’s why we got off and ordered instead. Our meal came with drinks but they didn’t give them to us so we had to tell them ♀️
