DELICIOUS little hole-in-the-wall bar! Went for happy hour and I can’t believe how affordable their prices are, especially with how tasty the food is! Portions are huge too so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Staff and patrons are friendly, decor is cool, and they have a few arcade games there too! So glad we stumbled upon this place.

Delicious pizza in a nostalgic setting. Friendly service and the bread is on point. We have already been back three time. Loved the cheese bread starter.

The pizza is fantastic! Perfect ingredients and wonderful artesian crust. Service also amazing considering how busy the get. Good local beer options on draft too.

food was good, didn’t wait long, came fast, drinks were never empty. Prices were on the high end for a pizza place, and it was really shady the way we were charged for 2 toppings at $3 each when we asked for half on each side. would’ve been nice if the server even spoke up about it and mentioned that we would still be charged for two toppings even though it was half and half.

We went with friends this past Thursday for dinner . There was a musician playing keyboards and singing. Way way too loud for a very small restaurant. He certainly didn’t need a microphone. We asked the waiter (big guy with a beard ) if the music could be turned down . I have a hearing disability. Basically told to leave if we didn’t like it. So we left. He did us a favor because this was a terrible experience. Never got to eat. We’ll stick with our favorites, EVO in Park Circle for the best oven fired pizza and hands down the best salads anywhere and Paisano’s for just great pizza and a fun but reasonable atmosphere. Maybe this guy had a bad night but his customer service was the worst . Find other people who are friendly to wait tables . Hey dude, this is Charleston where we have manners .

What a wonderful hole in the ground place. Honestly the location, the speakeasy type feel, the music, the staff, this has to be one of the best kept secrets of Charleston. I’ll start first with a slight apology to the owner as taking these pictures was kind of a no-no due to there being a no cell phone policy, but I just had to show how great this place looks. Don’t take that the wrong way you can use your phone they just prefer you to socialize and I can’t disagree with that. The two staff (I spoke with): Charlie and Shawn were amazing, very talkative, polite, friendly, and all around welcoming. Don’t get me started on the food. It was beyond good! The huge garlic knot was so good. The chicken pizza was different but in a very good way. I enjoyed my entire experience and cannot wait to go back again.

This pizza joint just won Best Pizza in South Carolina! It wasn’t a fluke. They have the best pies in the Lowcountry. Everything is insanely fresh and carefully curated for an easy going but gourmet dining experience. Charlie, the bartender, is clearly the franchise quarterback of this establishment. He’s a hustler behind the bar and a seasoned politician up front.
