BIT is Telluride’s go-to for to-go. Grab a breakfast bagel, burritos, savory croissants, the classic knish or treat yourself to a sweet delight from the baked goods display case. Or, stay and enjoy lunch or dinner in our ample dining room or people watch from the porch. Generous deli sandwiches are made on bakery breads, including the rich Reuben or Pastrami on authentic Jewish Rye. Pizza slices are ready in a minute or give us 20 minutes for a made-to-order pizza on sourdough wheat crust. Our Italian pasta machine produces fresh semolina pastas, and our Mexican offerings are home-style and served with organic tortillas.

Great spot for baked goods and pizza. You can expect it to be a little bit pricey but everything in Telluride is pricey. I got two big New York style cheese pizza slices. They’re very good you pick them out of a self-serve window. They had a variety of toppings I wanted just cheese.

The ready to go burritos and breakfast sandwiches are so great. And the coffee is good. And they’re ready to go slices of pizza or a perfect . I just really appreciated this place is always busy, but the people at the registers are the quickest of any check out team I’ve seen.

Great spot to stop in and pick out a yummy treat. Coffee is delicious. I had the raised cinnamon donut which was huge!! It was good but not yum enough to have a second time. Today I picked out a giant ginger snap cookie. It is very yummy, though hasn’t outdone my favorite spot in Greenville N.C.

Biggest donuts we’ve seen in a long time. Amazing walnut bread, and the warm breakfast bagel sandwiches (bacon egg cheese etc) were just what we needed before our lazy bicycle day today. Food and atmosphere were top notch.
