I’ve been coming to The Bake Shoppe for 20 years and it never disappoints. Seriously, everything is amazing.
Their puffs are so good, and their donuts are beyond amazing — the dough is seriously like no other. They recently made peanut butter & jelly brownies and they are phenomenal. I really hope they keep those around as a weekly (or everyday!) special because they’re that good.
Their cannolis are amazing, cookies are great, and the turnovers are so good too. The caramel apple danishes are to die for, and the banana caramel cream pies are delicious. The mini cheesecakes are amazing too.
They also make pepperoni rolls stuffed with cheese, sauce, and pepperoni and OMG they are so good. Their Cajun homemade bread is amazing too.
I honestly can’t say enough good things — I’ve loved this place for years and I’ll keep coming back!

I love this bakery. It’s my go-to now when I’m craving something sweet. Their chocolate mousse cups and cake cups are my favorite ❤️ I also love their pepperoni rolls toasted with sauce & cheese! The staff are always friendly, which really makes it feel special.

Almost everything we’ve had has been spectacular and so fresh!!!! We’ve only had one bad experience when buying a slice of cheesecake I think it had went bad… tasted funky. Again everything else from cakes to bread to donuts to cookies to brownies has all been spectacular and one bad treat out of easily 100s of treats isn’t the end of the world. Well worth the money I’ve spent here

I was looking for some fresh baked goods and this was quite the gem. In the middle of no where, a few miles off the freeway. The offerings are an overwhelming delight. I bought several things and enjoyed most. The wedding cookies were perfect (I wish I bought more), the pecan tart, pineapple upside down cake and chocolate eclair were very good. But I did not care for the cinnamon roll, it was too dense and overly sweet with an unexpected apple spice that distracted but it might just be my preference. I am always looking for a cinnamon roll like Cinnabon but these are not like that at all. I will be back for sure just probably won’t get the cinnamon buns.

9/6/23: Came here a week ago in the early morning for some donuts. Got a bunch of other things as well. All the donuts tasted great. I think some of them actually had fruit in them somehow. For the cookies, the chocolate chip was kinda mid(needs richer chocolate), the oatmeal raisin was good, but the ginger and snickerdoodle were exceptional. Of the slices, I didn’t care for the pina colada one; I’d say I like contrasting taste in my cheesecake toppings, and this one didn’t do it for me. The cherry(?) cheesecake, banana cream mini-pie, and the pecan mini-pie were really good.
Service was exceptional. Sheryl(?; the older lady, I can’t remember the name exactly) gave wonderful service. She also makes the donuts, or so I’ve been told. Really makes you feel at home for my first time being at the shop, and I appreciate the small talk =03.
Place looks a bit dated, but the place looked pretty clean in general. I can’t say I’m fond of most of the food being in an open-back cabinet(but many donut places have either open-back cabinets, or an open-in-front, so *shrug*). I came in this morning to see if I can grab my kiddos a couple of donuts. From the moment I came in the lady had an ill attitude. I tried to be cheery and hopes that I could make her day a little brighter, but as I started to ask for certain donuts, she was just grabbing some off of a random tray that was open behind her backside that just had a couple of miscellaneous donuts on it. They didn’t appear to be fresh. I had asked her if I could please have a cinnamon roll from the case where it’s covered because I have sensitivity to foods and she had a big attitude saying that those had just come out which they for sure did not because you could tell. Because of that I told her that I will kindly be passing on the donuts, that respectfully If I’m going to pay for the food that I’m going to consume, I’m not sure why it’s such a big deal that I can’t have a doughnut that was not sitting out in the open where flies and other Dust and bacteria can lay on it instead of being Covered in the case. I’m assuming it’s because they were the leftover ones from yesterday but who knows. As soon as I told her she made it clear she could care less.
I also called them a couple of days ago asking if they had pumpkin donuts and they said they only do it once a year for one month. I kind of joked around with them and I was like “would you ever consider starting a little early? I’ll bring you business every day!” and I was trying to laugh around, and I was very kind and playful. They had the biggest attitude and were very unkind. I’m assuming it’s the same person. Safe to say, I will not be supporting our local bakery. They wonder why their business is going down.. they should take a look at themselves and how they treat their customers. I pray things get Better in their personal life because they’re definitely bringing it to work. Wish I could support This local business, but I can’t bring myself to do it.
