We are an Artisan, European Bakery featuring Breads and Pastries plus we offer so much more! In addition to breads and pastries, we have our Signature Olive Oil Bar on Select Monday Evenings, our Signature French Toast Bar on Saturday mornings 8am-12pm (These will start up again once we are allowed to have dine-in), AND we cater. We offer a special Friday menu 11am-5pm, a must to check out! We are a FOODIES dream come true, check us out! Our Baker has studied with several celebrity Chefs and Bakers, has had experience in many high end restaurants in all positions, in addition to graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park! Just what I’ve been looking for. Amazing food, atmosphere, and staff. We went for the French toast bar in Pottsville. My partner ended up getting an off menu item instead because it sounded so good when it was recommended. Definitely lived up to the expectations. Both of our plates were clean at the end of the meal. The coffee was rich and they offered quite a few luxury teas. We went home with some complementary snacks for the table and two loaves of bread. We couldn’t resist. I grew up around many fresh bread bakeries, and lived overseas for a few years. This place makes the homesickness go away just a bit. If you are looking for a regular bakery for breads in the Pottsville area, this is the best choice. I’m definitely making it ours.

My daughter goes to school at Gillingham charter school where bake shop 6 provides the food. My 4 kids constantly come home and talk about rotten fruit, soggy meat loaf, the rice not being cooked all the way, pink chicken nuggets, and gagging at the smell of the lunch. Also on the first day of school my children came home and said that they had boiled chicken that was pink in the middle and cold. Please up your game bake shop 6 this is horrible.

Was there on Saturday morning for the french toast bar. The individually fresh brewed cup of coffee was an unexpected delight. So many options of bread to choose from and homemade toppings . Our meal was the most delicious we’ve had in a long time. Even our 3 year old great grandson loved the food. The owners made a very rainy day full of sunshine in their lovely bakery.

Got an olive rosemary loaf from their newly opened Hershey loca and it was a great surprise, beyond expectations for sure. It was a true artesan loaf with great crust and flavorfulllll tooth inside. I’m so excited to try more of their creations. Great breads from really nice people.

What an absolute gem in Pottsville. We got a delicious sourdough boule, a blueberry danish, steak &eggs with some pepper popcorn popped in bacon grease. Everything was just outstanding. Cash only operation so be prepared. Highly recommended!

No where to leave a review for the Hershey location but it’s disappointing. There’s barely anything there worth buying compared to the Pottsville location. They post the Hershey location like it has all the things this location has but it doesn’t. Overpriced loaves of bread and like 6 bagels each day they’re open and that’s about it. this location is pretty deceiving considering there’s not much to pick from like the Facebook photos show.

Thank God! Real bread at affordable prices. Everything else a bakery and restaurant/cafe has to offer: outstanding food and great value. Atmosphere relaxed and unpretentious. Owners are a lovely young couple. An oasis in the desert of Schuylkill County. I moved here 6 months ago and my quality of life would be unbearably negatively impacted without this little “insider” jewel. Definitely worth a visit even if you have to park a block away. Just think: not a shopping mall – worth finding pot of gold at end of rainbow and also supporting struggling locals. You’ll be glad you did, and probably get addicted to their exquisitely creative menu and cozy European atmosphere without the attitude. Something for every budget so treat yourself to some joie de vivre!

I can’t say enough about this place! Wonderful food, great drinks, lovely family owned place, awesome location and decor. They did the desserts for my wedding, and could not have been more helpful throughout the process. This is a must stop place for travelers and locals alike!
