Good options for sandwiches and salads. The fries are delicious! Great ambiance – spacious and lots of seating, with some cozy areas for possible studying or quiet conversation. Staff is kind and efficient. The bakery items looked delicious, but I’ll have to try next time. LOVE the mission & values of this Bake shop!

I’ve had the Bake Shop’s food a couple of times (which I have completely enjoyed) through work but had never gone inside the shop before today. I walked in and staff had greeted me and were helping me immediately. Their lunch special was a buffalo chicken wrap, which I got. When I bit into it, I was completely surprised!! I had never had a wrap that good, and I’m not even a fan of buffalo chicken. The cookies never disappoint either! Their store also has some gifts and candies, baked goods, and a huge selection of coffees, smoothies, and old fashioned sodas. Definitely recommended!!

I had spent weeks looking forward to visiting this establishment. My first impression was less than stellar. The cases were almost empty, the clerk seemed like she couldn’t talk, or she just didn’t want to? A gentleman walked out but barely said two words.
We will try again another time and hope for better customer service and full cases that match the FB pictures.

Neat place with amazing baked goods. Don’t miss it if your around. We didn’t try any actual food. Just got a cream puff for my daughters birthday. I am glad she gave me a taste of it. They gave my daughter a free drink for her birthday and that was very kind of them. I would advise not getting any apple cider if you know what cider tastes like. It was nasty. But otherwise go here and get other things and you will be fine.

Went for lunch on a Friday. They microwaved my sandwich and brought the wrong drinks (asked for water, somehow got iced tea). They seem like nice people, but microwaved food is not great. There is no real kitchen, just a random stove, microwave and probably a fridge. Saw a keurig machine too, so not even sure if you can get decent coffee. Had higher hopes for a local coffee cafe.

I would not recommend ordering anything from this bakery. I placed an order for a small round pistachios cake on January 20th for our wedding on May 13th. My husband went to pick it up on the morning of the 13th and there was no cake made. I have tried several times to get ahold of someone at the bakery, and each time it has either gone to voice mail or they are to busy to talk to me and to call back later. When I try to call later it goes to voice mail. If I could give less stars I would.
Edit: Yes when I initially called and spoke to the baker at 6 am (I had to call on my way to work) I had informed her I would call back with my decision. I called back later that day and informed the lady that answered the phone that we had decided to place the order. I was under the impression the message would be passed on and the order was placed. Obviously I was mistaken. I have never had such issues with a bakery before.
Usually I only order from Bakery on Broadway in Audubon because they are amazing, or make the items myself. Unfortunately they were booked out that weekend. I really didn’t want to have to worry about making a cake the week of our wedding on top of everything else going on. The joke was on me though because I had to come up with a cake the morning of our wedding. Thankfully it turned out beautifully with everything else going on, and we will have great photos of my bridesmaids helping me with the cake.
You might want to work on your employees communication skills.
