I haven’t been overly impressed with this chain. However, I was tonight. This location was sharp, clean, and efficent. The food was delicious, and the service was speedy. The young lady on the register was very nice and patient and has a great smile. Excellent job all around Bajas.

First time at a Bajas. We took a while reviewing the options and they were super patient and willing to answer questions and accommodate requests (such as items on the side). I was impressed on how clean this place was! The counters were spotless and there was no evidence of cross contamination like at Chipotle where the toppings often seem to be mixed. Took our food to go. Everything was well packaged to survive travel and everything was delicious. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

The food is always consistent here and the workers are always pleasant. It’s a cute spot and authentic. It’s always busy in here so you know it’s good…but the wait is never long. The only thing I recommend is if you get the nachos, ask them to leave in the oven a little longer because the cheese never melts. Either that or also get the melted queso on top to help melt.

Last time I’ll go here. Missing the cheese, beans and salsa – has like two pieces of lettuce. Theres a crap ton of onion where its making me nauseas. Ordered on their website for pickup. Get new workers or retrain them. What a sad burrito.

Went in there tonight to get a quesadilla. No one in there could speak English so nobody know what I was talking about. My husband didn’t get what he wanted. I wish they would hire people that could understand you when you talk so you paid for something you didn’t even want. It’s ridiculous. “Free chips and salsa with any burrito purchase Sunday thru Thursday 10 am to 4pm.” This is what the sign tells me. I stand in line and order my burrito. I told the second employee who completed my burrito I’d like a side of guac. He nodded and looked away and never provided my side. Then as I approach the cashier I told him I would like the chips and salsa deal. The cashier tells me today (Monday) the deal does not apply and that they can do the chips+salsa deal on Friday and Saturday (the days it does not apply). They would not receive this review if they honored the deal on the sign. Language barrier 100%

Ordered hours before close my food came ice cold
Like out of the refrigerator. You can’t serve Luke warm rice sautéed shrimp and vegetables ice cold. This is a food borne illness waiting to happen. The worst presentation I have seen opened the foil and it fell open. Very disappointed tried calling both numbers and nobody answered. Horrible experience I want a refund.
