Our son had eaten here before and wanted us to try it, so instead of going to our regular typical fast food places we opted to go here. We placed our order online and then went into pick it up and both of us were saying that the food was excellent. We will definitely eat here again.

I truly enjoyed the food here and have always loved supporting small businesses, especially ones that bring great flavor and culture to the community. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing & i’m not even one to complain.
The employee who took my order treated me in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. After I sat down, I could hear him and members of the kitchen staff making jokes that felt directed at me, as if I didn’t understand Spanish or didn’t know what I was ordering. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary.
Customer service matters just as much as good food. No one should feel belittled or mocked while simply trying to enjoy a meal. I was genuinely excited to be there, and instead I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
I’ve visited the locations in Rhode Island and had completely different experiences — the staff there are kind, welcoming, and professional. Sadly, this location has lost me as a customer due to how I was treated.
I hope management addresses this, because the food deserves better representation than the service I received.

Big portions and prices are really good, worth it. It’s definitely my new favorite place to come eat.
The staff is very friendly ( except the older gentleman at the register that was not pleasant), but that doesn’t affect my 5 stars ❤️

The size of the portion and quality of the food blew me away. I didn’t set expectations for this place. I was so happy with the way it tasted and way it was packaged. Definitely glad I stopped in on a rainy day. Will be back for sure !!! Great place to take the family anytime !!!! Wet burrito is what I ordered and the oreo cake. Definitely a must try if you are debating, don’t wait, stop in today and give it a try!!!

I love this place I think this is the best Mexican food in all of Worcester believe it or not. I come here a couple times a week the burritos are delicious with the chicken and grilled steak combo. The staff of some of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. Try this place if you like quick Mexican food it puts Chipotle to shame it’s not even close.

Seems okay. I got a BYO bean burrito at the drive through window. I ordered online. Not much guacamole at all and they forgot the salsa and the lime. Kind of a long wait at the window. I’ll try again but will go inside so I can watch them make it.

I ordered the rice bowl with chipotle chicken. Lots of options of what you wanted to put in your bowl and everything was fresh and portions were decent. I only thing I would change is with all the options for the bowls I would use a slightly bigger bowl and not for more but so you have room to mix it. Staff was friendly and attentive to all the customers. They all worked together from what I could tell and served everyone in a fast and efficient manner. I will definitely be back!

Went here for the first time the other day and will definitely be back. We tried the wet burrito (one steak one Chipotle chicken) and they were delicious. Perfectly seasoned and everything tasted so fresh. Portions were very generous, we both ended up getting 3 meals worth from one burrito each.
I liked it much better than Chipotle and usually they are my go to. Will definitely be back again.
The only hiccup seemed to be the wait for for the pickup window. We ordered well in advance of leaving home and our order was ready on time but we ended up waiting in line for close to 15 minutes for someone who seemingly ordered when they got to the restaurant.. another customer in front of us had the same issue and had been waiting longer than us, went to go inside to pick up but sent back to her car. So that seems to need some work. I noticed they have a qr code on the building to scan and order there, so that may have been the issue.

So delicious my daughter and I couldn’t help but dig in before a pic Taco salad with rice was fresh and flavorful and the taco shell bowl was perfectly crisp and not at all soggy like I’ve had from other restaurants. Bacon cheese fries and chips and guacamole were good portions for the price and very tasty. Ordered to go on Cinco de Mayo and was ready in a quick 10 mins for pick up. Will certainly be back!
